“I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had working with Brenna and Molly from Wild Rose Planning Events. Brenna was my primary planner, and we opted for their full-service package, which was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. From day one, Brenna was on top of everything – even with the small but essential details like parts of our invites, menus, and custom signage. She truly went above and beyond, bringing a personal touch and creative flair that made our wedding so special. Brenna and Molly brought so much creativity to the planning process. They even used their Cricut to add those perfect handcrafted details that made everything feel unique to us. I had a few items I wanted from Pinterest, and Brenna took care of all the ordering, handling all the specifics with the vendors. Every time I reached out, she was quick to respond, making me feel reassured and at ease throughout what could have been a stressful process. Something especially unique about Brenna is that she went above and beyond, working closely with a travel advisor to plan my entire three-week honeymoon abroad. She handled every detail, from flights and accommodations to curated experiences that made our honeymoon an unforgettable extension of our wedding celebration. Her dedication to planning every part of this experience truly blew me away, and I felt completely cared for even after the wedding day was over. Planning an out-of-town wedding could have been a logistical nightmare, but Brenna and Molly made it seamless. Their network of vendors is outstanding, and I felt so comfortable knowing they had connections with everyone from florists to photographers. On the big day, every vendor seemed genuinely excited to work with them, creating a lively, positive atmosphere that elevated our celebration even more. We got married at Top of the Rock at Big Cedar Lodge, a dream venue. Thanks to Wild Rose, I was able to have a hands-off experience for what is normally a hands-on process. I also realized that I didn’t want to spend my wedding day worrying about timelines and whether everything was going smoothly. When I first reached out to Laura she responded so quickly, and during our very first meeting (before I had even officially hired her!) she was already giving me helpful tips and ideas. She is SO organized — spreadsheets, timelines, even a list of things to remember to pack for the wedding day. She answered all my questions, calmed my stress more than once, and worked so hard to track down THREE disco balls for our dance floor. She immediately understood the vibe I was going for and supported me through the whole planning process. I can't even gush more about how wonderful our wedding day was. On the wedding day, Laura was literally everywhere. My whole family kept commenting on how amazing she was, running around making sure everything was happening on time and going smoothly. I didn't stress for a single minute, because I knew everything was in good hands. Her assistant Morgan was the GOAT. She stayed by my side basically the entire night. At one point a family member had me a little rattled and she calmly escorted them away and then came right back to check on me. She even helped me pee in my dress — which honestly tells you everything about the level of support she gave me that night! “For our wedding, we utilized very few additional services as my career requires me to plan and host events/dinners for 900 guests. So I went into the wedding preparation pretty confident with my capabilities to pull it off on my own. I soon discovered that I needed some additional oversight. Paige and Wild Arrow Events to the rescue! Paige was on it. She assisted with our website, program, calendar of events and gift tags for content, verbiage and layout. It is so easy to overlook misspellings, alignment, punctuation, etc. when you look at your creations for too long. She caught things that were very blatant and would have been embarrassing if they went out to my guests. She made wonderful suggestions that I never would have thought of ask guest to be seated by a certain time, menu details, parking details, etc. While I have experience in events, not so much on weddings. Paige knows the ins and outs. We had our wedding at the Elms hotel in Excelsior Springs a historic and beautiful hotel, but there are some different things to consider at this type of venue. Plus, we also did a brunch wedding, while wonderful, is not as common. So the communication and flow really needed to be clearPaige was a step ahead of at all times. Paige also assisted with coordinating our decor and those little touches of welcome bags, cake boxes and guest gifts. I am so pleased with her services and her attention to the tiniest of details as that what made the difference to us and our guests. She will tackle the largest aspects of your wedding but also the smallest. It was a comfort to have her professionalism leading up to the wedding and the day of. “We worked with Marissa Sartory for our Napa Valley wedding in July 2024. She truly went above and beyond with the planning and coordinating of our wedding! We had multiple walkthroughs of the venue with different vendors and lots of outside requests for the day of and she was so open to different ideas and was always super helpful in getting answers back to us quickly! On the day, she executed a truly beautiful wedding! We had a small hiccup with our DJ *right before the reception* and Marissa had my back completely, making sure we stuck to our planned timeline and executed the vision we had. “Ally is the freaking bomb! She was my day-of-coordinator, but she went above and beyond day-of-coordinating. Shortly after booking with her, we had our first of three meetings before the wedding, where she was instrumental in building the foundation of our special day. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and was always available and very responsive. With this being my first wedding, I had no idea where to start, but Ally was very knowledgeable and efficient. She always had a plan and paid attention to all of the small details. For example, the timeline she provided was excellent and very thorough. It was so detailed that my DJ told me it was the best timeline she had seen, making her job much easier as well. Ally even provided printed versions for the bridal party the night of rehearsal. If there is any problem that arises, you can trust Ally to find the solution with ease. She was a calming presence the day of and I could not recommend more, she was amazing.”

“100/100 - would hire again. I knew that hiring a wedding planner wasn’t just a want, but an absolute NEED for us (for me, really). And once that decision was made, I went to all my trusty wedding vendor friends and read all of their vendor recommendations and found Sofi. The moment we had our first call to the day of, Sofi was a gem! On our initial call she asked what my budget was and details/vision of our day and recommended what service we should go with - there was NO pressure at all. Working with Sofi, I felt like I had someone in my corner. She was there if/when I needed her. I also appreciated the reminder emails she would send out to help keep us on track! Our day would not have been as perfect as it was without her. From start to finish, utter perfection. Even with the little snaffoo with the caterer, Sofi made sure I got something to eat (lactose intolerance brides IYKYK). “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
