We love weddings - from start to finish, we are there for you to make sure we meet all your needs and to make beautiful photographs that will last a lifetime.

Awarded Best of Zola
Thomson & Thomson Photography is a must! Emily and Mark were such a pleasure to work with. From the very first conversation, we knew that we were in good hands for our June wedding. We started working with T&T a year out and they guided us each step of the way. We definitely recommend adding an engagement shoot as this was a great way for us to figure out what poses we did or didn't like, and get to know each other before the big day. Our wedding planner also loved working with them! Their professionalism and industry knowledge is a huge benefit. On the day-of they were clear and organized and ensured that we got all of our requested shots. Emily & Mark's attention to detail and style timeless. We are SO beyond happy with the shots we received. They capture the day so perfectly! We did a first look so that we could enjoy the cocktail hour with our guests and this meant we also got some great shots of our guests. Our guests have said that looking at the photos throws them right back into the moment which is exactly what we hoped for. I couldn't recommend Thomson & Thomson enough. From start to finish, they were incredible.

Lensy Michelle Photography
Rating: 5.0 (22 reviews)
Boston, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $8,500

Lindsey “Lensy” Michelle’s approach to photography is rooted in curiosity, connection, and a deep appreciation for self-expression. She moves with the energy of a celebration, balancing instinct with subtle direction to create images that feel bold yet deeply personal. Lindsey is located in Boston and NYC, but she is always happy to travel to where your story is best told. (US & International)

Awarded Best of Zola
Where do I even begin?! Lindsey came highly recommended from a friend in the industry and honestly was such a support from the start of wedding planning. She provided vendor recommendations, talked through various ideas, and was so excited to help our vision come to life. Also, Lindsey provides so many helpful organizational tools that really helped us feel more prepared for the wedding day. On the day of, Lindsey and Jullian made everything feel effortless and went above and beyond. Family photos went so quickly because they were so organized and they made sure to get photos of all the details we were so proud of. When people talk about our wedding, one of the first things they mention is the photographers. The groomsmen will regularly talk about how Jullian saved the day with wardrobe mishaps; he also saved me from my wardrobe issues too! When my bridal jewelry was overwhelmingly tangled, all it took was handing the necklace to Jullian and it was taken care of. Once we all started dancing, Lindsey was on the dance floor, dancing with us and jumping up in the air to catch the perfect action shots. Honestly, having Lindsey and Jullian at the wedding felt like having two guests that also happened to be wedding planners, photographers, and the life of the party all rolled into one. I had more than a few guests at the end asking how I found such a cool duo and honestly I think it’s all pure luck.

Danielle Littles Photography
Rating: 5.0 (17 reviews)
Boston, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,799

Hi, I'm Danielle (but you can call me Danie) I’ll let you in on a little secret—I don’t love my wedding photos. And while I loved the day, I didn’t connect with my photographer, and it shows. That’s why, as your photographer based in Massachusetts, I prioritize getting to know you as a couple and helping you feel comfortable from the first moment we connect. Because when you feel good, your photos will shine. I'll capture the moments that matter, big and small, and I'll do it in a way that's relaxed, authentic, and true to your vision.

Awarded Best of Zola
Choosing Danielle Littles Photography was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our very first conversation, she just got it. I came to her with ideas, inspiration, and a general vibe I wanted, and she immediately took everything and ran with it in the most creative, thoughtful way. She has such a natural eye for composition and storytelling that I felt completely confident putting our memories in her hands. One of the things I appreciated most about Danielle is how comfortable she makes everyone feel. She’s warm, friendly, and genuinely fun to be around, but she’s also not afraid to step in and give clear direction when needed—because let’s be honest, most of us don’t know what to do with our hands in photos. She struck that perfect balance of keeping things relaxed while making sure everyone looked amazing. Even the people in our group who normally hate having their photo taken ended up talking about how great she was. Danielle was incredibly communicative during the entire planning process. She checked in, asked thoughtful questions, clarified timelines, and made sure we were all on the same page well before the big day. She arrived right on time with everything organized, calm, and ready to go—exactly what you want in a wedding vendor. She also shot our engagement photos, and those were equally stunning. The consistency in her quality is unreal. And the turnaround time? Absolutely incredible. I’m used to hearing that wedding photos can take months, but Danielle delivered ours so quickly that even one of my friends who works in the wedding industry commented on how impressed she was. Looking back at our photos, I’m struck by how beautifully she captured not just the big moments, but the small, emotional ones—the glances, the smiles, the gestures that made the day feel like us. I genuinely started wondering how I could plan another event just to have her photograph it. If you want a photographer who cares deeply about her work, listens to your vision, elevates it, and makes the entire experience fun and stress-free, you cannot go wrong with Danielle Littles Photography. She is a true talent and such a joy to work with.

Summer St Films
Rating: 5.0 (16 reviews)
Boston, MA
  • Photojournalistic style

Summer St Films is a Boston-based wedding photography and videography studio rooted in a cinematic documentary approach. We focus on real moments as they naturally unfold — the quiet anticipation, the in-between glances, the subtle gestures that often go unnoticed. Our work is less about directing and more about observing, allowing space for the day to move honestly. The goal is simple: to create images and films that feel timeless, atmospheric, and true to how it actually felt to be there.

Awarded Best of Zola
From the moment we first reached out to Summer St Films, we were impressed by their clear, caring, and dedicated communication style. They were highly detail-oriented, ensuring they fully understood our vision and preferences for our wedding day. The quality of their work was outstanding - they delivered a fabulous, artistic, and film-like set of photographs that perfectly captured the emotions and special moments of our celebration. We chose to work with Aaron because he brings something different to the table. He doesn’t just capture the usual wedding photos of family members uncomfortably standing arm to arm with painfully forced smiles on. Instead, he carefully finds beautiful geometries in the buildings or light poking through a forgotten window. His photos are thoughtful, well-planned, and artistic. His subject and backgrounds blend together in a perfect unity that captures special moments in ways you didn’t think were possible. Aaron is incredibly easy to work with and will keep you laughing throughout the day. You won’t regret working with him.

Alyssa Blumstein Photography
Rating: 5.0 (14 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $6,500
  • Serves Boston, MA

I'm Alyssa, a Boston based wedding photographer who shoots all over Maine, Rhode Island, The Hudson Valley and New York City. I feel so lucky to photograph weddings. It’s an honor to be invited into the quiet, behind-the-scenes moments that make the day so personal—those shared just with family and the closest friends. I don’t take that role lightly and feel privileged to document those intimate pieces of the story.

Awarded Best of Zola
We were fortunate enough to work with Alyssa for both our small elopement ceremony and our wedding reception party. Two very different visions and she beyond crushed both. Our pictures are more than I could have hoped for. Beyond being thrilled with her vision and talent, she made everyone in our life comfortable and was the best director ever. I am not an expert, but her talent with flash photography and eye for color is amazing. I cannot wait to find excuses to work with Alyssa in the future!

Authentic moments and real love stories. Wedding photos that feel like you. For me, the most important part of your wedding day is that you enjoy it. I have 10+ years and 200+ weddings of experience, and I genuinely love my job. Queer/LGBTQ+ friendly - always.

Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I worked with Sasha for our wedding in August 2024. We found her while searching on social media and are SO happy we did! I was instantly taken aback by her photos on her instagram and website. Her usage of light is just stunning! And working with her on our big day was a dream! Sasha was so calming and supportive. Our day was so hot and humid, but Sasha worked so hard with a smile. Truly, spending time with her was a highlight of our day. It felt like being with a good friend. We hope to work with her again one day! Now to talk our photos! The images were everything we wanted. Sasha did the perfect job capturing the day and looking back at the photos is literally like relieving our wedding day. From the details, to the smiles and laughter and happy tears, Sasha was there. From our first messages, Sasha was so communicative and respectful and timely. She has such a light about her and it shows in work. I would 100% recommend her.

Steve Nisotel Photography
Rating: 5.0 (8 reviews)
Boston, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,800

I think there’s a real absence of authenticity in today’s world. Everywhere we look, people are polishing themselves into a perfect image for the internet. But that’s not where the beauty is. The beauty lives in the real moments — the big, loud, messy, emotional, human ones you can’t stage or script. That’s what I chase. Since 2016, I’ve been documenting weddings for couples who want to feel present, relaxed, and fully themselves. I gravitate toward the candid, the unplanned, the way a glance turns into laughter and a quiet moment becomes unforgettable.

Awarded Best of Zola
Steve has been excellent and so so fun to work with! I was specifically looking for a photographer who could capture the feeling in candidate, and Steve delivered (see wedding and engagement photos below)! Steve is super communicative, friendly, organized, professional, and a genuinely kind person. If you’re looking for a photographer, I strongly recommend reaching out to Steve — you won’t be disappointed!

Abigail Fenton
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
Boston, MA

  • Starts at $4,500

I am a wedding & portrait photographer and event planner based out of The Berkshires, MA. As an avid traveller, and photographer for the better part of a decade, I am constantly in awe of the human existence, and how we connect. As a wedding photographer, I aim to capture your wedding moments as they unfold. For me, the beautiful part about weddings is the celebration of life, love, unscripted moments (and all that comes with it). In all of the happy tears, big laughs and tight hugs. It is my wish to not only see these beautiful memories in photographs, but truly see the people in them.

Awarded Best of Zola
Seriously, look no further for your wedding / engagement photographer! Finding a photographer was one of our top priorities when we initially started looking for wedding vendors and we cannot sing Abigail's praises enough. After months of research, we ended up choosing Abigail for her professionalism, warmth and artistic eye and it was one of the best decisions we made. She is extremely talented and did an incredible job capturing portraits and candid moments during our Korean Paebek and our wedding ceremony. Every single person we have shown our gallery to raves about the pictures and I have already referred Abigail to a number of other engaged couples. She was sincerely a joy to work with, made me and my husband feel at ease and captured absolutely stunning photographs that we will cherish for decades to come.

New England wedding & lifestyle photographer. Boston based, available for travel. I’ve been obsessed with weddings and photography for my entire life, so naturally when I graduated from college I immediately started this business. I fell in love with it after the very first wedding I shot back in 2012 and every day I have to pinch myself because I truly LOVE my job. There is nothing I'd rather be doing than this!

Gina Brocker Photography
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
Boston, MA
  • Photojournalistic style

When I was a kid growing up in Michigan, I was always fooling around with my mom’s old manual cameras and capturing everything my friends and I did. I took traditional art classes in high school, but even then, I was merely creating paintings of the photos I had taken. I went on to study documentary photography at the Maryland Institute of Art and abroad at the University of Wales, where I won the Nikon Discovery Award Grand Prize and was named one of the 25 Under 25 Up-and-Coming American Photographers. When a friend asked me to assist at a wedding she was photographing, and my plans changed in an instant.

Gina is incredible and we are wholeheartedly thankful for her and so grateful she accepted to work with us! She is so kind, patient, thoughtful and understanding. She worked with us when we had to reschedule our wedding twice since 2020, the third time was the charm. Gina is a true professional and by far the best in her field. She met with us several times to help us put together our timeline, she listened to our needs and requests and went above and beyond to make sure all the special moments were captured. We had some traditional Eastern European ceremonies that Gina captured beautifully. When we saw our pictures, it was magical, we were transported back to our wedding day and we got to relive it again. Gina's attention to detail and natural eye for beautiful candid pictures came shining through and were able to see parts of the wedding we weren't even able to see on day of since..you know.. it's busy time for the bride and groom :D Gina also took incredible portraits of our family, and we will cherish those forever, we can't wait to get them developed and put them on our walls so we can show them off to our guests! We absolutely loved working with Gina and we would choose her again in a heartbeat for any other event!

Jesse Wang Photography
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
Boston, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,500

On your wedding day, you can count on me to be a calming presence ready to adapt. I’ll capture the day candidly, letting moments unfold naturally without too much interference. At the same time, I'm always ready to give a little push or guidance in the right direction for poses and creating moments.

Jesse was beyond exceptional. He worked our wedding in June 2023. It was important for us to find a photographer familiar with Chinese Tea Ceremonies and Catholic Weddings. And we did! From the beginning, Jesse helped with preparing the timeline and keeping us on schedule on our wedding day. He was so calm and encouraging during the day. A very reassuring person while we were running around. During the wedding, he was not intrusive; we barely noticed him and his colleague were there. Yet, they were personable, polite, friendly, and even our family commented on how lovely they were. When looking back at the photos, we feel we are reliving the emotions and love from the day. Even our wedding planning friend was impressed. We have a lot of candid poses mixed with formal portraits. He also has the patience of a saint, given the multiple photography demands from our family. If done all over, we would choose Jesse again. He is talented, professional, and has a wonderful personality.

Rebecca Cee Photography
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
Boston, MA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,500

Rebecca is a wedding photographer based in Boston, blending documentary storytelling with an editorial eye. She captures weddings in a way that feels natural, honest, and quietly cinematic. Her work is grounded in clean composition, authentic connection, and a refined aesthetic that favors substance over trends. Rebecca offers digital and film photography and works throughout New England and select destinations.

Working with Rebecca as our wedding photographer was one of our favorite and most memorable things about our wedding experience. My husband and I aren’t very touchy-feely or PDA so I was worried that our photos would be awkward or cold, but let me tell you Rebecca is amazing at her job! Both the engagement and wedding photos are beyond what I could have hoped for, and she was so easy going and fun to work with we really felt like it was just an old friend taking our pictures. She gave great direction and we really appreciated her artistic eye for some fun/unique shots that we did. Our family also found her really friendly and many of our guests were so impressed with how she was shooting the dance floor at our wedding! Without a doubt I will recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for a wedding photographer and we will definitely be asking her to do any other photography session we might need in the future!

Fergie Medar Photography
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
Boston, MA
  • Photojournalistic style

I’m Fergie. Yes, like the singer. (I’ll even answer to Fergie For and Fergilicios.) But you should know—I’ve been around longer. I was born in 1993. Her first single came out in 1996. #whoworeitbetter I’ve always been an artsy gal. My parents took notice of my penchant for all things quirky when I was in high school. They wanted to give me an outlet for it, so they enrolled me in a college art course. And you know what? I was pretty terrible at most of it: the painting, sketching, sculpting. I loved it all, I just wasn’t very good.

Fergie is simply exceptional. Her style is relaxed and natural — we never once felt like we were "posing" — but she's also skilled and directive enough to get truly beautiful, intentional shots. Our families were completely at ease around her, which shows in every photo. Her ability to anticipate and capture emotion is unlike anything we've seen. My father-in-law said it perfectly: "Every time I thought 'that would make a great photo,' I turned around and she was already shooting it." She is present for every single moment without ever making you feel under a microscope. Some of our favorite shots are our couple portraits, candid moments of our family during the ceremony, and our first dance and hora. We did engagement photos with Fergie beforehand, which we'd strongly recommend — it made us so comfortable with her by the time the wedding arrived. Her communication and planning process (via her website) were easy and clear. We received a sneak peek just one day after the wedding, and the photos are absolutely stunning — so emotive and full of joy. We are so grateful we chose her.

I had no idea I had the possibility of making it my career as I documented my friends skateboarding on my mother's 35mm point and shoot when I was 13. My art teacher in high school led me to an intense BFA program at Lesley where I dedicated more time to the darkroom than I did to sleep. Alongside fine art projects, I took it upon myself to start freelancing, and shot my first wedding at 20. I learned from experimenting, and I learned to never stop experimenting. Knowing the importance of the incredible moments I document is what drives me. My free time is spent mountain biking, running, or cooking at home with my partner, Hannah

She was creative and thoughtful with our family photos, portraits, and was able to capture so many aspects of the night. She was so easy to communicate with before the date and did a great job listening to how we wanted our wedding day captured. Can’t say enough great things- I highly recommend Sravya to anyone!!

Whiting Photography

I'm not a stand-in-the-corner photographer. I love being welcomed in as part of the family. Most of all, I want to you be comfortable with me at your wedding so you can just enjoy your day. It’s just one less thing to worry about knowing that you have a friend there to capture all of the candid, emotional, hysterical and real moments that will happen throughout your day.

When we got engaged and planned a winter wedding we knew we wanted a photographer who would be able to capture the romance of the season through light and color. The galleries on the Whiting Photography website did just that! Stephen has an incredible way of making photos feel personal regardless of whether you know the couple/family or not. When we got to meet Stephen through Zoom my husband and I both agreed that he would not only do a great job capturing the love and happiness we share, but also be an awesome person to hangout with on the most important day of our lives. We weren’t able to do an engagement session with him, but got to meet in person a year before our wedding and scope out picture locations. Our first impressions from Zoom were absolutely correct. Stephen was professional, talented, and friendly. We knew he would get along great with our family and friends. Throughout our engagement Stephen was communicative and helpful with all things photo and even recommended other vendors. He is someone whose opinion we trust and would go to him for his thoughts and ideas, such as “What is it like when the bride walks down the aisle alone?“ On the day of our wedding Stephen arrived and got right to work! He stayed out of the way of hair and makeup, capturing detail shots while we finished final touches. During such a chaotic morning this was majorly appreciated. I truly believe that the wedding party fed off of his calm and supportive mood making the afternoon a breeze. The additional treats that Whiting Photography offers, such as the heirloom albums and The Zebra Booth are really what set him apart from other photographers. Being able to get the photo booth pictures the same night as our wedding was great. It gave us something to look at the next day and our guests loved it! They also commented on how much they loved Stephen, but duh. Not even two days later Stephen sent us a HUGE sneak peek which had us in tears. The love, light & romance we hired Stephen for was absolutely captured and then some. We cannot wait to get together to create our album, and hopefully schedule family shoots in the future.

Hi, I'm Brooke (she/they) I'm a Massachusetts based wedding & elopement photographer. A client once told me that I captured things in their wedding photos that until then they had only ever felt. I saw this as the ultimate compliment. My goal in every session is to do just that: Turn an intangible feeling into a tangible image that will make your heart soar every time you see it. But what does love look like?

I'm a people photographer, an individual not a company. This is a second career for me. My photography experience goes back all my adult life—it’s a love, a passion, my craft and art. I’ve been selling photos for six years, working full-time as a professional photographer for four, and photographing weddings for three. I’ve shot more than 65 weddings, from small and intimate ceremonies to large, lively celebrations.

Doug is an incredible wedding photographer in the Boston area, and we could not recommend him more highly to capture your special day. A few reasons we were so happy to work with Doug: 1. He is an exceptionally talented photographer. Doug documented all the moments we were hoping for, as well as many beautiful candid shots of us and our guests. Even with tricky weather (rainy day) and last-minute schedule changes (e.g., some family members not coming on time for group photos), he stayed calm and adaptable and delivered a wonderful set of photos that truly captured the emotions of the day. 2. He is skilled at working with people. During our couple and family / friend group portraits he provided just enough guidance to help us feel comfortable without anything feeling staged. This made us feel like we used the time together effectively, while making the photos feel natural and joyful. 3. He is comfortable navigating different cultural and religious contexts. Doug had experience shooting a Catholic wedding, which was tremendously helpful for us, and he was very respectful of our requests (for example, no photography of guests receiving the Eucharist). We also told him about small modifications to the ceremony reflecting South Indian traditions, and he made sure to capture those beautifully. 4. He is a great communicator. Doug was easy to reach via text and email and consistently quick to respond to our questions before and after the wedding. His website clearly explains his photography philosophy, which made us confident from the start that he was the right fit. 5. His pricing is extremely fair. We were planning a low-key wedding on a budget in the Boston area, and Doug’s pricing made it possible for us to capture our day without overspending, while still receiving high-quality, professional photos. We are so grateful we chose Doug and would enthusiastically recommend him to any couple looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and reliable wedding photographer. I have attached a few of our favorite photos from the day in a compressed format (given Zola restrictions).

Chace Yang Photo & Video

We’re a full-time wedding photography and videography team passionate about capturing love stories and life’s most meaningful moments. My journey began back in high school, when I first discovered photography and fell in love with the idea of recording and sharing genuine emotions. One of the greatest joys for me is seeing people relive their happiest memories through the images we create.

We hired Chace and Lucas to be our wedding photographer and videographer. Both of them really exceeded our expectations. From beginning to end, they were so easy to work with and really receptive to what we wanted. They adjusted admirably as things were changing throughout the day and the resulting photos and video are extremely high quality. They perfectly captured our day to remember for years to come. Thank you guys so much!

Hi! I'm Chrissy. I've been lucky enough to photograph weddings and meet tons of awesome couples since 2014. I'm based in Boston, MA but I'm always more than happy to travel anywhere your adventure takes you. My work has brought me as far as Tokyo and I'm so ready to explore more new places! In my down time I love to surf, paint, go to concerts, and watch horror movies. I'm full of useless astrology facts and I always have extra snacks with me.

Chrissy is a dream. She was SO cool, so professional, and really put us all at ease. We initially contracted with Chrissy to photograph our wedding, but when we had to postpone it, we asked her to also photograph the small marriage ceremony we ended up having on that day instead. She was fabulous to work with and her photos captured the low-key, intimate feeling of that day. I particularly love the way she captures small, truly candid moments; and her use of shadow and light. We are so excited to work with her again for our big wedding reception this summer! We recommend her to every couple we know!
