She was always quick to respond to emails and questions. Even through all the COVID craziness, she was flexible with every change that came our way and was willing to adjust timing, schedule, location, etc. My husband and I were nervous in front of the camera at first, but she made us laugh, kept us talking, and encouraged us to be our natural selves.
