My name is Elliot Stokes and I am a photographer located in the Madison, WI area, but I work all across Wisconsin and Illinois. I have been drawn to the camera since I was young, but becoming a father has really shown me the magic behind capturing the most candid and beautiful moments of our lives. I started my journey into professional photography officially in the summer of 2019 and received my Bachelors of Fine Arts degree with honors in Digital Photography in the spring of 2022. I absolutely love what I do and look forward to every new experience and opportunity this journey takes me on!
I am a full time event photographer and capturing these monumental moments for all the great couples I've worked with has been such an honor of mine. I truly love being able to tell stories with my craft and freeze these beautiful moments for people. I take pride in my work and I take my craft very seriously. Wedding and event photography is everything to me and all i do, so I am always available for my couples and I take a lot of pride in my communication. I also provide same-day sneak peeks as well as a drone video so my couples can relive their day instantly!

4 Hour Event Package - $2,000
4 hours
Includes edits on all the images from the day, travel, optional engagement session and short drone video if time and weather permits. Non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at booking with the next 25% payment due either 6 months prior to the event date or at the engagement session. Final payment would be due the day of the event.
6 Hour Event Package - $2,500

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with a photographer. From our first conversation, his communication was clear and timely, making the entire planning process stress-free. On our wedding day, he was super friendly and genuinely easy to work with, checking in with us throughout to ensure we captured everything we wanted. He had an incredible ability to catch all the special moments without being intrusive, and the final photos were exactly what we envisioned. The quality of his work went above and beyond what we expected, and we absolutely love every image. We had Developing Diamonds Photography LLC photograph our wedding and couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, Elliot was easy to work with and made us feel at ease in front of the camera. He knew how to direct our wedding party and guests while keeping everyone relaxed, and he handled the rainy weather like a pro—we ended up with stunning outdoor photos despite the downpour. What really impressed us was how quickly he turned things around: less than a week after our wedding, he sent over 50 edited preview photos that were absolutely beautiful. Elliot also did our engagement shoot and was super flexible when we asked to switch locations just days before, fitting us in without any hassle. The whole experience felt professional and reasonably priced, and we'd recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer who is responsive, organized, and genuinely cares about capturing your special moments.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Elliot and his team! Elliot was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process and was so helpful when it came to building and tweaking our photography timeline leading up to the big day. Elliot has such an incredible eye for editing and is a talented photographer. The photos are high-quality, professional, and beautifully capture both the big moments and all of the little candid moments throughout the day. Angela did an amazing job capturing so many of those candid moments, and we love looking back and seeing moments we didn’t even realize were happening! When Mother Nature intervened and we had to make some last-minute changes to our photo schedule, they were incredibly flexible and rolled with everything so seamlessly. Angela made us feel comfortable, natural, and—most importantly—like ourselves. She even managed to make taking photos fun when the groom isn’t exactly the biggest fan of being in front of the camera. We received sneak peeks the week of our wedding and our full gallery within about a month to six weeks. We absolutely love our photos and feel like they captured our wedding day so perfectly. We would highly recommend Elliot and his team at Developing Diamonds to any couple looking for talented, professional, flexible, and genuinely wonderful photographers!
