First off the vendors she chose- the catering, the dj, the hair and makeup artist, the bartender, the florist… every single one of these vendors came through in a big way for me! They all knocked it out of the park, and that’s mostly because of Brooke! She knew what she was doing when she chose them, and she handled pretty much all of the communication. I just had to give approval and tell them exactly what I wanted, and Brooke made sure that happened. You just have to trust that you chose her for a reason and that she is going to make the right decisions. Every single thing about my day exceeded my expectations. Now let’s talk about her professionalism. I had someone at my wedding be… not so nice to her. Not Brooke’s fault. She handled it with grace and professionalism both during and after the situation, and made sure it caused as little of a hiccup as possible during my day. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”

“Beloved Getaways was the best decision we made in planning our destination wedding to the Bahamas!! Mindi took such good care of us and our guests. From setting travel arrangements & accommodations to making sure everyone had their travel documents and itinerary, Mindi helped everyone get the biggest bang for their buck and take all the stress out of planning an international trip; things could not have gone more smoothly! She was a fantastic liaison for us with the resort; she helped us plan the ceremony, etc..., and even helped us organize an amazing off-property excursion for our whole wedding party the next day.
