I truly cannot thank Courtney & Kim enough for executing my PERFECT wedding day! I HIGHLY recommend them for any planning and coordination services!!! When they say Perfectly Paired, they mean it -- they are an awesome team that creates the perfect experience. For context, I booked them for day-of coordination for my April 11th wedding in Ybor City. From our initial consultation call, I already knew they were incredible industry experts in this field; they're extremely professional, great communicators, and confident in their knowledge base. They knew all the right questions to ask and details to confirm. I had planned most of the wedding details/logistics by that time, but I loved having their expertise to confirm that everything was a good plan and would seem to work well logistically. I really needed assistance with executing plans, personal items, and decor placement, which were within their scope. I DIY'd a lot of my decor, but in order to fully enjoy the day, my family needed help and guidance on that front to get everything placed. They truly went above and beyond. The day before, they did a great job of ensuring our rehearsal went smoothly and that the ceremony would look the way I had envisioned. On wedding day, they literally came to our house to pick up & drive our U-Haul of decor to the venue - then, unloaded it and placed all of our decor, while also still perfectly managing vendors and our bridal party. Everything on our timeline went perfectly. They did an incredible job of managing our large bridal party and family members to ensure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. They even made sure we had drinks from the bar once we arrived at cocktail hour. They reminded us when to go have our private dinner so we wouldn't miss our chance to eat and have that moment alone together. To make our sunset pictures at the right time, they helped us move a couple of things around, and that went flawlessly. I'm sure several things went wrong that day, but I wouldn't know because everything was taken care of. They're just superheroes, to be honest. My husband and I truly were able to have the BEST day of our lives and we owe it all to them!

I am the Mother of the Bride and feel so enthusiastic about Precious Moments Events, that I wanted to submit this review in addition to the bride's review. Michelle's expertise with vendors, floral arrangements, venues, etc., helped our planning immensely. Her vendors are incredible: from the photographer to the DJ to her in-house florist... her people all came together to make the wedding day incredibly special. Michelle responded to our questions quickly and always had solutions ready to go. What really stood out was her eye for detail in every aspect of the day—the flowers were absolutely stunning and exactly what we envisioned (the bride's bouquet was perfect). Furthermore, she was sensitive to our budget and worked with us to keep within our parameters. This impressed me. Michelle's team clearly cared about making our daughter's wedding special, and it showed in their work. I did the month-of package which is great for the bride that still wants to be mostly planning it but does not want to handle all of the details the month of. It was the perfect package for me to be stress-free in knowing she was following up with every vendor. Honestly though, working with Erika was so smooth, I probably would do her full-service package if I were having a do-over. I genuinely cannot recommend her enough. If you are getting married, trust me, you need Rebecca on your team!!! I thought I had everything together for the first few months of wedding planning, but then I quickly realized that I needed another "me" so I began searching for a planner to be just that. When I began to work with Rebecca... oh, how she completely blew that out of the water. She was everything I didn't even know I needed and wanted. I could NOT have done it without her!!! She pours love and support into her brides and she genuinely cares about not only your wedding, but your marriage. My husband and I look back on our wedding and truly, wholeheartedly stand by the fact that our day was perfect, flawless, and went without a hitch. Seriously, as far as we know, NOTHING went wrong!! We wouldn't change a single thing, and that is all thanks to Rebecca. This is the woman who stood up for us and defended us to those who passionately opposed our decisions, the woman who held my hands and prayed with me and over me before I walked down the aisle, the woman who would sit on our 8pm zoom calls with her lovely kiddos in her lap because it was important to her to help me through the hard stuff when I needed it (and talk me off the ledge lol), the woman who answered all one million of my questions a week before the wedding because she knew my mind wouldn't be able to rest without it, the woman who had a list of backup venues the second the hurricane hit before I even realized my venue was affected, the woman who's first response is always "I've got you, girl", the woman who has inspired me endlessly with her strength, wisdom, and faith, and the woman who I will always now consider my dear friend. Kayla with Wild Heron Events is exactly who you need if you want a sincere, organized, and absolute life saver of a wedding planner. She is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met and genuinely made our wedding planning process and wedding day as special as possible. From our first interaction, Tayla's communication style was authentic, precise and detailed, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Tayla was absolutely essential to the smooth running of our wedding. She set up all the decorations for the day with the help of the venue team and was also essential in the planning and execution of every aspect of our wedding day. Tayla was a friend when needed and a firm hand when necessary, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. We cannot recommend Rachel Good Times enough. She was so on top of it, kept us from being stressed, and made our wedding day incredible. We “trusted the process” and when we showed up, the venue was beautiful, everything was perfectly set up, and things stayed on track. She set up detailed timelines, and not only supported us, but our bridal grooms party and parents. Her tools and explanations for what we needed to do simplified the process so much for us. Any little detail we ever mentioned was addressed, included, or fixed! I feel incredibly confident that we could never have pulled this off without Rachel and her team.
