In February of 2024 (and the year leading up to), I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca from Bustle and Bloom for my wedding, and I can't recommend her services enough! I’ve literally told all of my friends getting married that she’s the one to hire FIRST. Initially, I hired Rebecca as a wedding coordinator for day-of, but she graciously took on the role of a mini planner when I needed more help. Her patience and grace in dealing with unpleasant guests/vendors were truly commendable and appreciated as the bride and I didn’t have to handle much on the wedding day. Rebecca managed everything seamlessly and truly seemed like my best friend for the day, ready to assist with anything I needed or any issues that arose. My now husband still talks about her all the time… she brought him a snack tray during photos and instantly became his BFF too. We loved our day with B&B by our side. I also hired her for our floral needs. Rebecca's floral design was stunning and perfectly complemented our desired overall aesthetic. On the big day, there was a chance of rain before the outdoor ceremony. Lauren knew how important it was to me to keep the ceremony outside, and she managed the situation with such grace. She had both indoor and outdoor setups ready in case a last-minute change was needed. By the grace of God, it didn’t rain, but Lauren’s calm demeanor and preparedness kept me at ease. Overall, Lauren went above and beyond for us. There are so many wonderful things I could say about Maria. She’s helpful, kind, friendly. She has the characteristics of a best friend built into a business professional. I truly don’t know how she does it. If you’re nervous, if there’s a problem with the process, if you want to add something last minute, if you need to be reassured that the gold earrings you’re wearing match the gold table decor, literally whatever you could possibly need, she will find a way with you. Throughout every step of our journey, we were reassured that our needs and desires would be met because of Karen's precision and expertise. Her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of wedding planning such as fine details in vendor contracts, coordinating two the three vendors at once for me and my busy schedule, to the various changes I made to our wedding design leading up to wedding day. Karen not only looked fabulous at every meeting, but she attended each meeting with her sparkling personality that elevated my mood even on the most stressful weeks with work and wedding planning. Sharing our incredible year collaborating with Karen added a layer of comfort knowing she had things handled. I was especially appreciative of her flexibility with my healthcare schedule; Karen would give me feedback on questions in late parts of the evening while I crafted after my shifts. On our wedding day, Karen's staff Maddie and Sydney brought support, coaching, and motivation to both my husband and myself. Whether I needed a pep talk, more lipstick, or even drink, Maddie was the best bridal concierge I could ask for! We will miss getting to meet with Karen on a monthly basis, but are incredibly proud to call our wedding an Eventfull Wedding. Your future clients are extremely lucky to have you and your team Karen.
