I got a chance to work with Rich recently on a wedding in Laguna Beach, CA. He was super communicative, organized, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The best planners are calm and kind and out front on planning. In many cases planners can actually complicate logistics and bring tense energy surrounding the big day.. However the really good ones are Zen and handle everything in a seamless manor. This is Rich, highly recommend :)

He was always responsive, clear, and kept us informed throughout the entire planning process, which made everything feel so much less stressful. He brought his partner along to help on the wedding day, and having them work together made such a difference. They were both attentive, professional, and made sure everything stayed on track so we could simply enjoy our day. It was also clear that our other vendors really enjoyed working with him, which made the entire team feel more coordinated and positive. We first reached out to Rich last January 2025 to be the day-of-coordinator for our November 2025 wedding. Rich met with us multiple times throughout the last year to plan our wedding day, helping to build out our timeline and work with our vendors to ensure we had everything we needed. Each meeting, Rich was able to identify some consideration for our wedding day that we hadn’t even thought of. He also referred us to Shy Chic Boutique for our florals which were AMAZING! During the wedding itself, Rich was a constant, comforting presence in the background. My biggest possible compliment that I could give is that, multiple people asked us if we were nervous about anything during our wedding, and quite honestly, no. We knew we had planned everything with Rich and that he was taking care of every possible concern during the actual wedding day. That let my wife and I just relax, have a good time, and celebrate with our family and friends. Simply put, we love Rich and Elite Wedding Planning.
