The Ivory On Park can accommodate up to 400 guests for standing receptions and up to 250 guests for seated dinners.
Your rental includes access to all 3 floors, multiple rooftops, 20-ft ceiling main space, floor-to-ceiling windows, private backyard, full bar area, kitchen/prep area, multiple restrooms, and elevator access.
Yes, street parking is available on Park Street. Several parking garages are also located within walking distance in Bushwick.
Absolutely. Our industrial HVAC system is designed for events up to 400 guests, and we pre-cool the venue before large gatherings.
To hold a date, a 50% deposit is required. If cancelled 60+ days prior, you receive a 100% refund. 30-60 days prior is a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
We accept credit cards, cash, checks, and Zelle. Please note that per NYS Law, all alcohol must be supplied by The Ivory On Park.
