    Dream Day Package

    Opal Gold Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was direct, collaborative and responsive, which put us at ease throughout the planning process. The team was dedicated, honest, commanding, helpful and genuinely cared about making our special day perfect. The day-of coordination package "dream day" lived up to its name . I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day without worrying about a single detail. Alex expertly kept everything on schedule and ensured every element was flawless. She is so down to earth and empathetic, making me feel at ease from the start. I cannot recommend Opal Gold Events highly enough for couples planning their wedding.

    Spring wedding

    Opal Gold Events was an incredible wedding planner to work with. She is absolutely amazing at communication - she was always responsive to my questions and concerns, and made sure I felt heard throughout the entire planning process. Her work is excellent - she listened to me and my vision for the wedding, and helped me bring it to life in ways I never could have imagined. She was my right hand person while planning my wedding, and helped me come up with so many unique and creative ideas that I hadn't seen before. Opal Gold Events is super sweet and professional, and I would book with her for another event in a heartbeat!

Opal Gold Events is led by Alex, your primary planner and point of contact throughout the planning process. Every wedding is supported by a minimum of two coordinators on-site, ensuring both you and your vendors always have dedicated support. For larger weddings and events, we expand our team to 4 to 10 experienced coordinators and assistants, allowing us to seamlessly manage every detail while you stay fully present and enjoy your celebration.
Absolutely! While weddings are our specialty, we also plan and coordinate engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, holiday parties, and other special celebrations. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, we bring the same thoughtful planning, creative design, and seamless execution to every occasion.
Every couple is different, so we tailor our communication to your needs. You can expect regular check-ins throughout the planning process, prompt email and text communication, and scheduled planning meetings to keep everything on track. As your wedding day approaches, we'll be in closer contact to finalize every detail, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident, organized, and excited leading up to your celebration.
We intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept to ensure every couple receives our full attention. We never book multiple weddings on the same day, and we carefully manage our calendar to provide the personalized experience and hands-on support we're known for. Your wedding is our priority, not one of several events we're trying to juggle.
