Description

For the couple who wants a planner by their side every step of the way. From venue tours, to vendor outreach and vision board creation - We’ve got you! You get unlimited communicated and meetings from the moment you book. From there, we source vendor options for each vendor category for you to choose from. We take care of going back and forth to vendor with questions until we are ready for a contract. You dream it, we go find it!

For the couple who kicked off the planning on their own, but want an expert in their pocket to lean on and ask questions through every step of the way. Think "Day Of Coordination", but you don't have to wait until 2 months prior to kick off planning with us! You will source and book your own vendors, but we can review contracts for you, give you recommended questions to ask, and ensure they align with what your wedding needs.

For the couple who has all their vendors book, a timeline set, and now needs to turn things over to a planner to finish the job and run the show. Communication begins at 2 months prior. We will have 2 virtual meetings and 1 onsite meeting where we will check in on your progress, guide you through the rest of the journey, tie up loose ends, and understand your full vision so we can execute it for you on your wedding day.

    Maria was excellent. She took over when I needed her most and stayed on top of things throughout the whole process. She knew my needs before I knew them a lot of times and made the planning process the day of so much easier and stress free! I’m a type A control freak so having someone I could fully trust to let go of control and actually get to enjoy my day was priceless.
