Package highlights: - Design & mood board creation to start with creative purpose - Full vendor team curation and contract negotiation - Budget management, timeline, floor plan and seating chart creation in collaborative planning portal - Room block management

For the couple who is looking forward to the planning process, but realized they need a professional by their side for the whole journey to lean on when needed. Package Highlights: - Recommended vendors - Collaborative planning in custom portal: calendar, guest list, timeline, floor plan, and budget tracker - 1-hour rehearsal management and 10 hours of onsite wedding day coordination by Lead Planner. Wedding Day Assistant included for 10 hours.

Also known as "Day Of" or “Month Of” coordination. For the couple who wants to do the planning and hand over the reins to a planner to run the show. Package Highlights: -Immediate access to planning portal to use our suite of tools before communication restarts 2 months prior -3 planning meetings: 2 virtual & 1 venue walkthrough -Lead Planner: 1-hour rehearsal management and 10 hours of wedding day coordination.     Unreasonable hospitality

    What I can say about Working with Austin Event Company is that they are unreasonably hospitable. Not only are you getting an amazing planner you are getting someone that is warm, open to ideas, and genuinely excited about your wedding. You can tell that hospitality comes first. You can see this in the way that Maria checks on the entire family during the wedding. Austin Events Co made planning our wedding feel manageable and stress-free. From our first conversation, the team communicated with us in a way that was straightforward and supportive, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the process. They thought through every detail with care and handled some challenging family dynamics behind the scenes so we could focus on enjoying our day. What really stood out was when they surprised us with custom Mr. & Mrs. Koozies filled with our favorite drinks right after the ceremony—it was such a thoughtful touch that showed how much they cared. We trusted them completely, and they delivered a wedding day that felt authentic to us. We'd absolutely recommend Austin Event Company to any couple looking for a planner who will go the distance.

    Dream come true

    100/10. We booked the partial package, which was perfect for our wedding. We ended up booking a lot of vendors that she recommended, and every single person came together to help our dreams come true. My husband and I were so happy with Maria’s organization and skill, she kept everything fun while being super professional and we never felt overwhelmed at any point during the process. Maria, thanks so much for all your help during our eight month wedding planning process!! I cannot thank you enough for everything. We couldn’t have done it without you!

    Maria was excellent

    Maria was excellent. She took over when I needed her most and stayed on top of things throughout the whole process. She knew my needs before I knew them a lot of times and made the planning process the day of so much easier and stress free! I’m a type A control freak so having someone I could fully trust to let go of control and actually get to enjoy my day was priceless. I would absolutely recommend Maria and Austin Event Co. for your next event. I was extremely impressed and am forever thankful for her.
