Hi! I’m Cori Brooke - I married my best friend, Josh, in 2020. We cancelled our wedding due to the pandemic and eloped instead! I know the stress of wedding planning but also the intimacy of eloping. I see this as a gift… I get to relate to all my brides in some small way. I’ve always found it captivating to observe as others stepped into significant moments. I used to ask myself- “What is going through their mind?” “How would I feel if that were me?” This curiosity led me to find an outlet to understand it all; photography. I have an intuitiveness that allows me to keep the full composition in mind when photographing clients thus giving me the ability to navigate complex issues with ease. Such issues may include lighting, weather conditions, or even camera shyness. You will never need to worry about these issues as I am confident in all situations to create beautiful, classic imagery. Typically, couples book me about 7 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
I do have other photographers I work with. All full wedding packages come with a second shooter.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening at my discretion for no additional charge.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-10 weeks after your wedding.
I do not give a cutoff number because this limits creativity and excitement. If I capture 50 great images in one session, you will receive 50 images. Typically for weddings it can range from 800-1600. These are your memories, + I promise to give you more than enough images to remember it all! (:
Thus far I have never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
