Behind the Scenes Concierge was created for all the little things that have to happen on a wedding day—but shouldn’t have to be handled by you, your family, or your wedding party. Need your fur-baby brought to the venue for photos and safely home afterward? Décor picked up or returned? Something forgotten at the hotel? A last-minute errand? Help setting up or packing everything up at the end of the night? That’s where we come in. We handle the details behind the scenes so you can stay present for the moments that matter.

Every wedding is different, and sometimes what you need doesn’t fit neatly into a package. That’s okay. We’re here to fill the gaps, jump in where you need us, and handle those random “Can someone please take care of this?” moments. Wedding Day Concierge

Description

Enjoy your wedding day knowing you have a dedicated concierge ready when something needs to be handled. From forgotten items and last-minute errands to refreshments, personal requests, pickups and those unexpected little things that pop up, we’re your wedding-day go-to. We handle the things you shouldn’t have to stop celebrating to take care of. Starting at $375 for up to 3 hours.

VIP Wedding Pet Concierge

Description

Your fur-child deserves to be part of your big day without becoming one more thing for you, your family or wedding party to worry about! We’ll pick them up, bring them to the wedding for those special moments — first looks, photos, ceremony or cocktail hour — make sure they’re cared for and comfortable, and get them safely home when their part of the celebration is over. Starting at $450 for up to 4 consecutive hours. Extended travel is additional.

Description

Take one more thing off your wedding-day to-do list — and don’t make your family or wedding party haul the drinks! We’ll pick up your pre-purchased beer, wine, spirits, champagne, mixers, water, ice and other beverages and get everything to your venue. Starting at $150. Have a larger order, multiple stops or something a little out of the ordinary? Just ask! We’ll put together a quote based on what you need.

Description

Need something picked up and brought to the venue? We’ve got it. From wedding cakes and catering orders to breakfast, late-night food, ice or those last-minute essentials nobody had time to grab, we’ll pick it up and get it where it needs to go. Starting at $95 for one pickup and one delivery. Have additional stops or something a little more involved? Just ask and we’ll put together a quote that fits what you need.

    Great service!

    We came across Behind the Scenes Concierge while planning our 30th anniversary from out of town. We had rented an Airbnb for the weekend, and Amy was a total lifesaver. While we were busy getting ready and entertaining family, she loaded up all the decor we had brought with us, transported it to the other Airbnb we planned to have our party at, and set it up beautifully. She also ran our errands, such as picking up the food and alcohol, and she even handled the cleanup and alcohol returns afterward so our family didn't have to lift a finger. We couldn't have been happier!
