Ashley Douglass Event's mission is to create beautiful + personal experiences that inspire and connect our clients and their guests. These experiences will imbue the milestone events in our client's lives with the significance + joy they deserve. We have a talent for understanding different kinds of people + then planning an event that is perfect for them. Our client's are educated, cultured + curious individuals, who appreciate creativity and understated elegance. Your event will be smart, be it casual or formal, traditional or unique.

For over a decade, we've always been told by clients that our attention to detail far outweighed their expectations. You first think of detail as it pertains to design, but attention to detail is needed everywhere + in particular with regard to the relationships clients have with us, vendors and amongst themselves. Another way we are set apart, is our empathetic and gracious approach. We want to help you in any way we can by offering transparent, informed information so that assumptions don't further complicate what may already be a complicated process. Wedding planning is FUN and incredibly rewarding for every one of our couples.

Description	We only work with couples on a full time basis regardless of where you are in the process. Every client is as important as the next, and full involvement is necessary for a successful event that meets our standards.	For destination events, which we consider those that we fly to, rates are based on a percentage fee model.

An expert in her field
To Ashley’s future lucky clients who are reading this review: choosing Ashley as your planner will be the best and most important decision you make for your celebration. Ashley is in a class of her own. We spent over a year planning this weekend - a weekend filled with priceless memories- and we could not have done it without her expert guidance. In an industry saturated with competition and drama, Ashley is discretion and ease. Her ceaseless work ethic and cheery approach made each moment of our planning effortless. From creating a stunning, detailed, and one-of-a-kind design; to surveying our estate multiple times with each vendor; to leading all plans before, during, and after our event; to even ordering snacks and packing water bottles for our band and tent company, there is nothing that escapes Ashley’s attention. But what is a celebration with just competence, or a wedding with no warmth? Our celebration was filled with detail and care, because what we wanted for our loved ones was what Ashley also wanted for us— as people, as a couple, as friends. A perfect wedding is the signature of an Ashley Douglass Event. But we will tell you a secret: our real gift was getting to work with someone with so much grace and warmth. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley. From the very first meeting, she truly listened to our vision and went above and beyond to bring it to life. Her attention to detail, organization, and calm presence made the entire planning process not only stress free, but genuinely enjoyable. On our wedding day, everything went flawlessly. From coordinating vendors to ensuring every tiny detail was perfect, Ashley orchestrated the day with incredible precision. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, which allowed us and our families to be fully present and soak in every moment.
