“First of all, they were the first vendors we booked and can see why they come so highly recommended!!Jeremy was excellent in coordinating all things leading up to the wedding including the wedding day timeline, and he set us up with the absolute best group of people for our wedding day. The day of we had Nick as our DJ and Mike as our MC, they checked in with us a few days before to see if we had any questions or concerns and were so attentive throughout our entire wedding. They brought so much heart, energy, and fun to our day and I seriously can’t imagine having our wedding without them. People are still talking about the amazing music selection, the dancing, the crowd surfing, and the fact that they were the best DJs they’ve ever seen at a wedding. At one point, the smoke detectors went off due to someone smoking in the bathroom, causing the entire wedding to evacuate outside. As you could imagine this situation would normally be stressful, or cause low morale when entering back in after 15-20 mins of being outside waiting for the fire department, but I can’t emphasize enough how Mike and Nick absolutely KILLED it and immediately brought back the energy and dancing as if nothing happened. They played “we didn’t start the fire” and I swear I’m still smiling about how iconic that was. I can’t recommend this group enough, ESPECIALLY Mike and Nick. Thank you for making our night absolutely epic and unforgettable!”

From our very first phone call, we knew we’d made the right choice — they gave off great vibes, were professional, and truly delivered. Everything was perfect, from the rustic façade of the DJ booth to the cocktail hour playlist (which sounded like something we would’ve made ourselves) to the incredible reception music. They were honest, familiar with our venue (Toast in Patchogue), and never tried to upsell us. Mike took the time to go over our preferences beforehand, and he just *got it*. They understood the assignment and gave us a night we’ll never forget. The dance floor was packed the entire evening — not a single person left on the first shuttle because no one wanted to stop dancing, not even my 91-year-old grandma who stayed until the very end! They paid close attention to every detail — from our final dance song to the special tribute song for my brother and every request in between. Throughout the night, they checked in with us to make sure we were happy, seamlessly made announcements to gather guests for photos or speeches, and kept the energy high from start to finish. Before our wedding day, Marlon was super attentive, responsive, and overall fun to work with. He really went out of his way to ensure our entire day went exactly as we envisioned. The energy of the live band combined with the well-mixed playlist certainly kept people entertained the whole party, and the dance floor stayed packed the entire night. “Marcus did an amazing job as the DJ for our wedding at the Prospect Park Boathouse! Prior to the wedding, we completed a worksheet on the timeline and our song preferences, and then had a planning meeting with him where we went over all the details and he gave us advice on flow and timeline based on his extensive experience DJ-ing weddings. Through all our interactions, we could tell how detail-oriented and experienced he was. The Prospect Park Boathouse can be a tricky venue with its short load-in time and long, narrow layout, but Marcus knew it well and planned accordingly. We also had a Vietnamese/Chinese wedding; in addition to a DJ, we also had a pianist with a singer, and a bilingual emcee. This added some complexity in terms of timeline and switching between the singer and the DJ, but Marcus coordinated well with everyone, kept track of the timeline, and handled all transitions between live music and DJ sets seamlessly. He also showed up a little early to make sure all equipment was set up well and did a mic check during the cocktail hour. During the dance portion of the night, the dance floor was packed all night and people did not want to leave! He played all the songs we wanted (along with additional ones he selected) and all the transitions and mixes were fantastic and kept the energy/vibe high. Many guests commented on how great our DJ was! Even though we had a different emcee, we know that Marcus would have done a fantastic job as an emcee as well - he is warm, friendly, gracious, and charismatic. He is not only a great DJ but also a fantastic human being!”

“Hiring DJ KDOT LIM (Kevin) was the best decision we made when going through the process of hiring our vendors. I am very particular about my music and it was a TOP priority that we worked with someone that understood our vibe, vision, and overall music selection for our big day. He was such a pro and knew what to ask for our venue's AV set up, music prep, and even attending rehearsal which was totally optional for him to join. Kevin understood everything from the timing of the music for the processional, and most importantly my big entrance down the aisle. When it was time to party, he spun all the tunes I requested and also went above and beyond to DJ the most FUN set ever!!! One of my highlights from the day was my husband and I dancing to one of our favorite house tracks that I didn't even request. He just had the perfect song queued up for the right time!!! I can't imagine what the day would have been without him. He had all our guests up and dancing including my parents and uncles and aunties. The vibes were immaculate!!! “When we first started looking at DJ’s and music for our wedding, I originally wanted a violinist and/or cellist. I met with one business, they were late and unprofessional but the price seemed reasonable for two musicians. That same night we met with Kenny and the difference was substantial. Kenny was on time, had a presentation ready to go, was incredibly professional, and highly personable. We met several times throughout the planning process and felt very comfortable with him. He’s so down to earth and really lets you know he is there for you, not anyone else. Kenny is worth every single cent, he was our favorite wedding vendor. The communication was impeccable. We did not have a wedding planner, with my type A personality and Kenny’s expertise, we stayed perfectly on time, announcements were seamless, and it was truly such a great day.
