Couples have exclusive access to the property for a multi-day stay, with space to host several moments across the weekend rather than compressing everything into a single day. We host just 12 weddings each year (May–October), each reserved as a private, three-night experience. Your stay includes on-site accommodations for up to 12 guests, along with full access to the barn and grounds. Weatherhead Hollow is best suited for couples who value time, flexibility, and ease – and who want the freedom to shape their celebration at their own pace. Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Whatever your style, with over 140 pieces of decor, if you can picture it in the space, we can make it happen.

The 2500 square foot barn is renovated to perfection with classy gold lighting features, a built in bar and large picture windows. Just outside the barn is ample land for a beautiful ceremony set up, an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and a covered pavilion. There is a great security in knowing you have a rain plan here.
