Joe and his team are incredible. All I wanted from the wedding planning experience was to be able to communicate what I wanted and have a planner do all the rest. Joe did this PLUS MORE. I told him what I was looking for and he set up most of the vendors (all phenomenal), made the process seamless and dare I say... fun?? I was not stressed out once during the entire process, Joe told me exactly what I needed to do and gave generous deadlines so that there was no crunch time as the wedding approached. I am indebted to him for making the wedding planning process (and also the day of) a time I can look back on with glee and happiness instead of having it colored by how stressed and anxious I could have been. It rained on our wedding day and Joe scoured all the radars he had to find a time and assure me we could still have the wedding we wanted outside. He was not only right, but was cool as a cucumber the entire time. We discovered about 45 minutes before dinner that the one thing I tried to do on my own (the place cards for tables) was all wrong. Without me knowing, Joe brought HIS OWN PLACE CARDS that were correct and absolutely saved the day. Without his forethought, my husbands grandparents would have ended up at the table in the back corner and all the other tables would have been wrong as well. Joe and his team are more than worth the money for an incredible experience that you enjoy doing, so you can simply sit back and enjoy yourself the way you should on your wedding day.

When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding, we knew right away that we would need help since we were both working and parenting our autistic daughter, hiring Stephanie and her team at Voltaire Luxe & Co was the best decision that we’ve ever made. Stephanie had captured my vision about my dream wedding and made it come to life. Stephanie was so attentive to my wants and needs, she created a vision board that included everything I requested and even more. She had established a good working relationship with my travel agent, the hotel team and the vendors, everything was so well coordinated . Stephanie made everything sound and look effortless despite all the last minute changes that we made, she had managed to make everything work. Having a destination wedding with over 200 guest was no small task and during the end of the Covid pandemic, with the travels restrictions constantly changing, it was really a challenge. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond coordinating my wedding I barely lifted a finger, except for packing my wedding dress. She traveled with the seating chart, name tags, welcome bags, personalized dance floor, etc. overall my wedding was a big success, we were very pleased with the decor, the food, wedding cake and all the attention to the little details that I have requested. we were very satisfied on how well Stephanie handled everything. Owner Katelynn was super helpful with answering questions and gathering details in the months and weeks leading up to my June 2022 wedding. She confirmed arrivals and timelines with my vendors. On the day of, Alanna and Sue were great! They helped with some set-up and also kept things organized and running smoothly. Katie was our day of coordinator for our wedding at the beginning of June. To call her our day of coordinator seems incredibly too simple for her actual role and what she meant to us. I cannot recommend Katie Hopkins enough. We originally hired Katie because of her extensive experience within the wedding and events industry. Right from the beginning of the process, Katie was communicative, personable, organized and incredibly reassuring. Within days, she had created an entire google drive that held all of our vendor information, documents, photographs, timelines, schedule, & questions/answers. Everything was interactive and beyond impressive. During the month prior to the wedding we met virtually several times to secure details on the upcoming day. I was adamant to have a “diy” wedding and bring the majority of items into my venue. Katie was supportive of my entire vision and lended her assistance and expertise in all aspects of the wedding planning process. Upon our wedding weekend, Katie arrived excited and prepared. While we had only met virtually prior, our relationship and collaboration was seamless. She has an incredible sense of organization and attention to detail. She went above and beyond all expectations even prior to the wedding beginning. She had three separate sites to organize, decorate, and execute. At one point, my bridesmaids went to offer any assistance with setup and immediately returned saying, “She’s crushing it!!” During the wedding some of her highlights included assisting with timelines remaining on schedule, communicating with vendors, offering her help when needed and adapting to unforeseen obstacles. Feedback from my guests raved about her efficiency and calm demeanor. Her presence at our wedding allowed me to present. As mentioned, I cannot recommend Katie enough.
