We recently used Belle & Barn for a fall sports banquet. The venue was perfect. We used the small kitchen area to serve dinner to coaches and a dessert bar to the players. It was the perfect size for our needs. Carrie was so easy to work with and helped make our vision happen. And even though it was late fall, we were plenty warm. The inside decor is beautiful and we really didn’t have to add any of our own decorations because what is there was perfect. We look forward to using Belle & Barn again in the future!

If you’re looking for a beautiful, rustic and elegant venue. Then choose Sadie Lake Weddings. It’s reasonably priced and they choose to cherish that weddings are for love not for money. DeeDee and her husband are both very nice people and go above and beyond to celebrate your day. I chose Sadie Lake Weddings because I am the baby of 5. My eldest sister and her husband got married there 18 years ago when it was called something different and owned by the Browns. I had the most beautiful wedding. My husband hopes in 10 years that if they’re still around, we’ll have our vow renewal there. It’s kept clean and beautiful during spring, summer and fall. We’re from Kirkland and from all the places I looked at online, Sadie Lake Weddings in Arlington, WA was the one. I knew it as soon as I met DeeDee on the first and last venue we looked at. So if you’re interested in Sadie Lakes. Go for it. You won’t be disappointed and Congratulations!!!!

James and Jamie were wonderful to work with and provided everything we were looking for and more. Get ready rooms, tables and chairs provided, view of the river, forest background, tent and restrooms for our guests, and a prep area. Plus garbage cans, bar, fire pit, sound system and lawn games and plenty of areas for cute photos. It rained in our day and they even had a few umbrellas to add to ours that we brought. Jamie responded quickly to any question I had. We had about 65 guests but the venue can easily fit more. Our catering was a drop off and we used the prep area in the barn to do a sandwich spread between getting set up and the ceremony. Despite the rain our guests had a blast and our day was wonderful. Everything was so tranquil and beautiful. The fire pit was a big hit. Thank you!

I am so glad we decided to go with Capitol City Barn. They had everything we needed. Tables, chairs, linens, things for decor, flexibility, heaters, arch for the altar, and more. On our wedding day we had clear skies in the forecast (rare for late October) and when the thunderstorm came in right at our ceremony time, they were quick to move things around so that we could have it outside only for the rain to stop and help us move it all outside again! I would recommend them to anyone getting married!

We had the most incredible wedding at Winter View Lodge. There’s not a single thing that we wish was different about this venue! We opted for a 3 day rental, which was amazing because we got to stay the night before and after the wedding as well as have time for set up/take down without feeling rushed. There is plenty of space in the lodge for the entire wedding party to get ready in different areas, as well as a full kitchen (we did all of our dessert prep the morning of). We also hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before at WVL as a part of our 3 day rental. It was great to get the feel for how the ceremony would flow and give feedback if we wanted any tables or wine barrels in certain spots. The hosts were so helpful and friendly and were always close by before & during the wedding if we needed anything. They made sure everything behind the scenes was running smoothly and we can’t think them enough for how accommodating they were! Also a huge plus that we were able to have our dog there as a part of our wedding weekend too. We unfortunately had rain in the forecast, but it was no issue at all because of the reception tent. All 85 guests vendors dance floor fit underneath it comfortably. And we could have easily fit more guests underneath without it feeling cramped. We are so happy to have been married here!!

From the moment we reached out to Mike and Heather at Wisteria Gardens, we had an incredible experience. Terra Valley Farms is an incredible venue! We knew from the first time we walked the grounds that this was a special location, and every one of our guests confirmed this by stopping to tell us how beautiful and perfect the whole place was. Whether it was their fields of berries and dahlias, winding garden paths, or open areas for lawn games, the natural beauty meant that we really didn’t need to do much for extra decor, and this in turn helped us save money to use elsewhere in our budget. The fact that they also offer wedding coordination and bartending services means there is a lot of value here and adding these services made our lives so much easier. We got to work with Tessa as our wedding coordinator, and she was the absolute best! Because she knows Terra Valley so well, she knew just how to make things run as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire planning process and on the actual day, she and her team made us feel so at ease and well taken care of. Thank you, Tessa, for being our steady guide throughout this year of planning a wedding and thank you Chelsea for all the work you and your team do to make this such a special place!

My wife and I got married at this venue in April 2024! Molly was absolutely amazing and helped us coordinate a lot of things for our wedding, including chair rentals (which we upgraded), decor/linens, and seating arrangements. She was professional, communicative, and worked well with our other vendors! Compared to other venues, we felt The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge was priced well. The only minor hiccup for us was having our salads under-dressed during dinner; but overall, the service was great! And our guests loved the stunning views at the club! There are no words to describe how magical of a wedding venue Trout Lake Hall is. This is a venue that has it all - views, rustic charm, amazing food, good vibes, and above all a staff that really cares about your special day. We really felt taken care of by everyone at TLH. Dana (our coordinator) went above and beyond to help us set up, organize the venue, and keep the evening running smoothly. We were the lucky couple with rain in the forecast on our wedding day and had to create a last minute indoor dinner plan. Dana was so helpful in both planning and executing the backup plan, and honestly she and the TLH team made the indoor space look so much more magical than we had even imagined! Tiara created our arbor floral, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect backdrop. Each part of the day ran smoothly. We received so many compliments on the venue and the food. I had multiple guests tell me it was the “best wedding food” they’d ever had. Thanks to the venue also being a music hall, the music ran seamlessly for each part of the event. We couldn’t recommend this venue more!

We are so grateful to Chris and his wife at Ballard Meadows for helping make Sydney and Ty’s baby shower such a beautiful and special day, especially after such a heartbreaking time following the couple loosing there first home in the old trails fire in Spokane. The owners were incredibly kind and understanding, even giving us the option to cancel at the last minute if we needed to. Their compassion and willingness to work with our family meant so much. It was truly a sweet reminder of how people come together during difficult times. They gave our families the perfect setting to just be together as a family. We couldn’t be more thankful for their kindness and beautiful venue!

He responded quickly to every question and provided planning resources that made the whole process feel less stressful. On our wedding day, the team's attention to detail was obvious everywhere—from the pristine parking lot to the spotless barn that they transformed in what felt like minutes between our ceremony and reception. We had multiple staff members ready to help with anything we needed, and they even carried my train before the ceremony when it started raining. The space itself is stunning, but what really impressed us was how well they maintain it and how flexible they were with our requests. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful and unique the venue was, and honestly, Marionfield Farm played a huge role in making it the best day ever.

I don’t even know what to say. This venue was beyond beautiful but there are a lot of beautiful venues out there. What put the lookout lodge over the top were the owners. They were there not only every step of the way but the whole day helping our coordinator with everything and assisting where needed. When I panicked right before walking out Olga ran and got me tums, she got me water, she probably would have run into the woods to try and find a magic flower to help if I had requested it. They made me feel so safe and helped set the foundation for a fantastic wedding.

Evergreen Gardens in Ferndale gives you multiple garden spaces and a covered pavilion that handles Washington's unpredictable weather without sacrificing beauty. The 101 in Seattle lets you bring in your own preferred vendors in a spacious open environment while Sodo Park blends industrial-chic architecture with elegant sophistication. You'll find the perfect balance of practicality and atmosphere no matter what style speaks to you.
