My wedding was June 11th and Jordyne being our Day of Coordinator was truly a huge part of why I can look back on the day with all the joy everyone hopes to experience. She maintained excellent communication in the months leading up to the big day via text and calls when I was stressed and spiraling. She asked insightful questions about aspects that I hadn’t even considered, so we had a clear idea of how the wedding day would unfold. Although we live about an hour away from West Bend, we picked our venue specifically for the beautiful outdoor cermony area. When it became clear that there would be thunderstorms and a high chance of tornadoes the day before and on the wedding day itself, she stepped up to transform the less than ideal (leaking) basement into what became a truly beautiful space. She used our leftover florals and battery powered candles to design new aisle decor since the original couldn’t be used indoors while also helping me not have a panic attack. She also suggested something that let us still spend some time outside, which ended up being the most special part of the day and gave us wonderful photos of our first look. From making sure we ate, to helping me to dance the Cupid Shuffle in my big dress after the bustle broke, She Was A Lifesaver. Jordyne and her lovely assisant were one of the best choices I made during the wedding planning process and I highly recommend her to anyone who feels overwhelmed, in over their head or just needs an excellent hype girl/wonderful person in their corner.

I've been with Kehoe Designs for 20 years designing luxury events and weddings with her, and in that time, I've not come across another person that is as professional, exquisitely organized, and talented as a manager of details as she is. The last thing anyone wants to do is spend hours packing decor, organizing personal items, and figuring out where everything goes. Marissa handled it all. My family and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything was secured, organized, and ready for pickup the next day. That peace of mind alone was worth every penny. I am never the person who writes reviews, but Marissa deserves every ounce of recognition she receives. Throughout the planning process, she was there for every important milestone—our final walkthrough, rehearsal, vendor coordination, timeline creation, and all the countless details that go into making a wedding run smoothly. She created an incredibly detailed and personalized timeline that became the backbone of our day. Then June 7, 2026 arrived, and she absolutely proved why she is one of the best in the business. From the moment she arrived, she was in full wedding mode. Professional, organized, confident, and completely in control. She came dressed exactly as requested, equipped with an earpiece and constant communication with her assistant, ensuring every moving piece of the day was executed flawlessly. One of my biggest concerns was my processional music. I had very specific timing requests—I wanted each bridesmaid to walk at certain moments in the song so the chorus would hit perfectly when I walked down the aisle. I genuinely thought I was asking for the impossible. Not for Marissa. She had her assistant stationed with the DJ, communicated every cue perfectly, and somehow made everything happen down to the second. It was exactly as I envisioned it. The entire evening, she was always within eyesight. Every time I looked around, she was there making sure everything was running smoothly, coordinating vendors, keeping everyone on schedule, and putting out fires that I didn’t even know existed. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of my wedding day. That’s what makes Marissa special. She memorizes your vision. She knows where every detail belongs. She anticipates problems before they happen. She makes an incredibly difficult job look effortless. The ceremony she wrote for us was beyond words and was SO us. We got so many compliments about her during the reception and on. Sally is also very flexible and great at thinking on her feet. She made us feel so comfortable before and during the big day. As the day of coordinator, she did a seamless job of filling in any gaps that came up. We are just so grateful to have found her and cannot recommend her enough!!!

Brooklyn truly made our wedding what it was — we could not have done any of it without her! From the very beginning, she was so easy to communicate with: down-to-earth, organized, and always one step ahead. She even helped connect us with other vendors during the planning process, which was such a huge help. But the real magic happened on the day of the wedding. Brooklyn was everywhere — handling the flowers, the centerpieces, setting up every little detail, and making sure everything ran smoothly. I genuinely don’t know how she did it all while still managing to keep drinks and food in our hands the entire night! She even helped bustle my very complicated wedding dress (I have picture proof!) — somehow figuring it out with total ease when everyone else was stumped. Isabel and TYR were simply the best! We may have been communicating on email, pinterest boards, instagram reels, and text - all at once! And yet somehow it was always cohesive, nothing was ever missed! Isabel has a sound aesthetic for South Asian Weddings, and she understood our unique needs for the pre-wedding Mehendi and Haldi events, and the rituals and traditions for our big day! Communicating with all the vendors, the suggestions for apps, and making our design vision come alive! TYR was part of the family by the end of our wedding week, even our dog would agree!!

Blue Belles Weddings was an absolute dream to work with! Hannah's communication style was fast, thoughtful, validating and comforting - she was extremely helpful every step of the way. The quality of her work and value was unparalleled, as she went above and beyond, dotting every i and crossing every t. We were never worried about passing anything off to Hannah. When we had to change our entire wedding venue just 10 days before the date, Hannah helped us deal with the fallout of the previous venue, found us a new one, and planned basically an entire new wedding in less than two weeks. She also is just the best person in general. She is so funny and genuinely became our friend through the entire process, helping to keep us calm and answer any question we had. I often felt like I had dumb questions or needed validation on something we were feeling crazy about, and Hannah was always there to make us feel better. We truly don't know what we would have done without her, especially with our extreme last minute wedding change. We are beyond grateful and lucky to have a friend in Hannah now!
