Working with Katy was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding process. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day feel like us. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel manageable and even enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, she was nothing short of incredible. Every detail was handled seamlessly from vendor coordination to timeline management, and if anything went wrong, we truly had no idea (which is exactly what you want!). One moment that really stood out was when there was a mix-up with the venue regarding vendor meals and table settings that were supposed to be included but weren’t. Without hesitation, she stepped in, advocated for us, and worked quickly behind the scenes to resolve the issue. Katy made sure our vendors were taken care of without ever pulling us away from enjoying the day or adding any stress. We didn’t even realize there had been an issue until afterward—and that speaks volumes. Katy created such a calm, supportive environment that allowed us, our families, and our wedding party to fully relax and be present. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before we even realized them was unmatched. She kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling intrusive, and her professionalism was matched by their warmth and kindness.
