Record Entertainment, Inc. provides music and fun at weddings from Madison to Milwaukee to Green Bay, and anywhere in between; we are the top requested DJ service in six counties! Our state-of-the-art digital equipment and talented, highly-trained entertainers makes REI a great choice for weddings of all styles. We tailor our packages based on our clients' needs. Rates are based on the date of your event, the location, and any options you're interested in beyond the DJ such as uplighting, fog machines, cold sparks, photo booth, monogram light, and multimedia memory slide shows.

Our DJs set us apart from our competition! They are trained to know what songs to play and when to play them to build the energy on the dance floor so your guests want to stay there! We are extremely picky about who we hire; many of our DJs have backgrounds in theatre and/or degrees in Music/Radio/TV/Film. They are professional, fun, and engaging on the mic. We match a DJ to your wedding style and expectations, and closer to the wedding you'll meet with them to discuss all the specifics of your big day. * $300 package in addition to Cocktail, Dinner, and Dance Music. * Extra $100 Fee for remote ceremony with no access to power supply. DJ to provide mic for officiant, readers, musicians as necessary; will run sound and start music thirty minutes prior to ceremony start time, as your guests are being seated. After ceremony, DJ transitions to cocktail music and is available for announcements, etc.

* $100 per hour, in addition to the Classic Package. You and your guests will be tapping their toes and moving in their seats because your DJ knows how to build the energy in the room all the way to the dance floor! DJ will facilitate introductions, speeches, and any other special happenings that you decide upon ahead of time, then seamlessly shift into dance mode to keep the party going all night long.

When the dance portion of your party begins, Record Entertainment leads the way - providing ALL THE MUSIC and ALL THE FUN! Professionally trained DJ kicks off your grand march, transitions into specialty dances, and reads the room to keep you and your guests on the dance floor. Everyone will be talking about the fun they had at your wedding for years to come!

Description

* Starts at $750 for weddings in Fond du Lac, WI. Travel fees apply for weddings outside Fond du Lac. Complete with props, unlimited photos for your guests, an attendant to operate the booth, and a book of all of the photos put together for the wedding couple. Time may be added or subtracted at $75/hour. Travel & setup included.

    Working with Paul from Record Entertainment was a genuine pleasure. He made communication effortless and went above and beyond to ensure us and our guests were enjoying themselves throughout the night. The music selection was fantastic—people stayed on the dance floor from start to finish. Paul's helpful approach meant we could relax and focus on the moment instead of worrying about details.     DJ PAUL!!

    Record Entertainment is a go-to for wedding DJ’s! DJ Paul was phenomenal and made our perfect day possible with ease. Our dance floor was never empty, with dance moves from every table! We'll blend seamlessly into your party and wear whatever you'd like so we're not drawing unwarranted attention to ourselves. Formal, casual, black tie, color scheme; tell us your expectations, and we'll make it happen.
We love taking requests! It's the easiest way for us to gauge what you and your guests will be most interested in hearing throughout the evening. That said, if you'd rather leave the music selections to your sole discretion, we're happy to take your lead. After all, this is YOUR wedding, and it should be exactly the way you want it to be.
Yes! We can provide proof of insurance to you and/or your venue upon request.
Our style is your style! You'll have an opportunity to meet with your DJ ahead of time to go over all your special music selections, must-play and do-not-play lists, and any other details you'd like us to know in advance to make sure we truly match the vibe of your party.
Our DJs typically arrive between 1-2 hours before your scheduled music start time - depending on load-in at your venue and the number of services we're providing - to ensure we have plenty of time to set up, prepare the music, and answer any questions if necessary. You may even end up with some free bonus music if everything goes as planned!
Yes! Couples love our mirror booths and custom lighting options. We have uplighting, monogram lights, and other options to bring your party to life. Everything we do is up to your tastes and preferences. Not sure what will fit the space or aesthetics of your venue? We travel all over Wisconsin, so there's a good chance we can provide suggestions to match the specifics of your celebration.
Like any upstanding business, we pay our fair share of taxes. However, to simplify the process for you amidst a whirlwind of planning for your special day, we take care of all taxes and payment service fees on our end. This means the price you see on your invoice is the exact dollar amount you end up paying - not a cent more!
