“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. “We cannot recommend Saige and her team enough! Our wedding was July 26th, 2025 at Mountain Field Farms in Palmer, AK. We had 130 guests, with nearly half traveling up for our wedding. It was everything we hoped for and more. We met with several wedding planners to find the right fit, and it was clear from the beginning that Saige was the most experienced and the best one to bring our vision to life. I won’t lie – I’m a bit Type A ;) – and she handled the entire planning process with grace, calmness and professionalism. We would often come to her with our half-baked ideas and she knew how to refine and execute them into something cohesive (and stunning!). It was really fun working and co-creating together. Apart from the decor, rentals, and timeline planning, she also provided us with great resources early on – like obtaining your marriage license, an AK travel guide (so useful for all of our out-of-state guests), tips and tricks guide, etc. I was also so impressed by the way she worked with all of our vendors. You can tell they really respect and enjoy working with her. We had zero worries on our wedding day and were reassured knowing that everything was handled and in Saige’s care. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough!
