I recently had the pleasure of working with Kellie, who truly went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she was a master of her work and had a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and we HAD to work with her. She regularly checked in with us to ensure that all the details were in place and that our vision for the wedding was being brought to life. Kellie provided us with an abundance of planning resources, from vendor recommendations to an incredible Excel doc with every planning resource you could need (we’re talking budget sheets, guest list tracker, packing lists, day-of timelines, etc), which made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. For every question or concern I had, Kellie had an answer. On the day of the wedding, I am speechless for how smoothly Kellie ran the show. From start to finish, her ability to juggle multiple tasks (and people) while remaining calm and composed was truly remarkable. Her spreadsheets were super helpful to keep all of the information in one space and to keep us on track. She kept an eye on the budget and coordinated all of the vendors. She handled mailing the save-the-dates and invitations, and the RSVPs, as well as lodging logistics and welcome bags. On the day before and day of the wedding she was there trouble-shooting and making sure all went smoothly. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Kristen and her team were amazing- her services were the most critical part of our wedding! She was so organized and on top of everything for the wedding, as soon as I hired her I felt so much more at ease with the planning process. I did a pretty much DIY wedding, my venue did not provide anything other than the venue and furniture, therefore, I had a lot of moving parts to my wedding and multiple vendors involved. Kristen took all the chaotic information I provided and streamlined the whole thing. She organized everything for me into a very easy to follow timeline and then was in constant communication with all the vendors. My regular hair dresser is the hair dresser I used for my wedding and she and I are friends. She told me that from a vendor's perspective, Kristen was the best coordinator/planner she had ever worked with. She was very impressed with her constant communication and all of the details she thought of in preparation of the event. Kristen and her team took my vision and made it a reality which was no easy task but she got it done. If there's anything you do in wedding planning - it's hiring Hannah Elizabeth Events!!!!!! Hannah and her team were nothing but amazing on our wedding day. We had Hannah be our wedding coordinator as I was able to do most of the planning but still wanted a professional's opinion and help on the day itself. They were nothing but incredible and made the months leading up to the wedding less stressful and the wedding day go on without any major hiccups. Even though Hannah was just the wedding coordinator for the day, she had been immensely helpful in answering questions about vendors in the area and her opinion on certain parts of the wedding day. Even with a few delays in our timeline in the beginning part of the day prior to the ceremony, she and her team were able to still help make the day flow smoothly and without a hitch! She often came up to me during the wedding day for updates and checking in on both my husband and I. She was able to hand out the rest of the payments to our vendors at the end of the night so we didn't have to and were fully able to enjoy our wedding ceremony. If there is one thing that would help your wedding day go by smoothly - it's hiring Hannah and her team! They were such an integral part in having our day go by smoothly!!!

It all started close to two years ago when my daughter Madison called me to tell me she had just gotten engaged. Around two months later, she created her Pinterest board and showed it to me, and just like that... that was my queue! I was a wedding planner so I know how much work and planning a wedding takes. I called Madison and told her we would start interviewing vendors immediately. She asked if it was too soon and my answer was no! Weddings take about a year to a year and a half to plan. At the time Madison was a full-time employee and studying to get her Master's degree, so she was very limited in all of the planning, her main focus was finishing school before the wedding. Living in a different state, I depended on the internet, reviews, and calling each vendor to get a feel for how they responded to me and my views. This wedding was going to be a very organic yet elegant vegan wedding. My daughter had given me her vision and it was up to me to bring it to life. After many over-the-phone interviews, the vendors we chose were the perfect fit, the perfect DREAM TEAM! They all knew I lived in Miami and my daughter's wedding was in Virginia, so this would be a little more challenging for all of us. WEDDING PLANNER: E&E Design Company, Katie and Maegan, these two ladies are nothing short of AMAZING! They knew I was in the wedding planning business, Katie and Maegan listened, let me run through all my ideas, and then enhanced my vision and made it happen. These two ladies met with me on the day of the wedding at 10:00 AM and did not end until midnight, both of them are such hard workers. Meagan and Katie, you are always happy, positive, and helpful they are AWESOME! I appreciate you more than you know, thank you for making my daughter so happy! We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.

Erin & the Ryan Plus Planning team are absolute rock stars! From the first conversation I had with Erin, I knew we had to work with her for our wedding in the home stretch (4/5 months prior to wedding date). While we had already booked the big vendors, I felt unsure of how to bring all the finer details together - from design & timeline, to vows, to marriage license & event insurance, to suggested officiant license website for our friend. And Erin made it so easy & fun! The amount of times I had folks ask me if I was feeling stressed, and I was sincerely able to respond, "No, I have an amazing wedding coordinator!"
