Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. It is clear by working with Drew how much he loves his job and how much he cares about the couples he works with. He got the crowd going, the dance floor was always packed and he invited the couple up to DJ booth which was so fun for them and also amazing for pictures. We gave DJ Shyne what we thought was an impossible challenge: blend pop hits, Spanish tunes, emo throwbacks, Disney jams, booty-shaking hip hop, and a long list of theme songs from our favorite TV shows and movies (everything from The White Lotus to Saw). On top of that, we added a handful of random, deeply personal songs you’d never expect at a wedding. What happened? Not only did he execute this perfectly, but he became the catalyst for a wedding that felt curated exactly to US—spinning a history of us both as individuals and our journey together woven into a seamless soundtrack. Main Event was the recommended DJ service from our venue, and the matching process to put us with the rigth DJ was so easy. Kevin helped with audio for our ceremony, before doing music and speeches at our cocktail hour and reception. “My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! DJ Buono helped sculpt our ENTIRE reception & even gave us the idea to have dinner become more of a performance with our violinist. We could barely sit still to eat because we were all dancing in our seats!! I have never seen guests rush the dance floor like this. (& I've once been to 13 weddings in a single year) To the point, we had to tell some of them to sit down so we could do parent dances!! People literally could not wait to start dancing/celebrating!! We cannot believe this was our WEDDING!!! & it wouldn't have been the same without Black Diamond Event Production! People are still messaging us to say this was the best wedding they've ever been to! “In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“Dana was AMAZING and made our night so special!! Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. The care he put into learning the wedding parties names and dressing for our style of wedding was so thoughtful. Not only was he great at his job, he was so friendly and so communicative and spent the whole night with a smile on his face. He played music at our ceremony and reception, and it went exactly how we wanted. He sang a couple songs and even joined in on the dance floor for some of our songs like the Cupid shuffle and cotton eyed Joe, it was a total blast!
