I love capturing precious memories for couples on their special day and showing their love story throughout the photography coverage. I began my photography journey in 2015 after I had my daughter. Growing up I used to dislike having my photos taken because I always felt uncomfortable in the photos. Raise your hand if you can relate! My biggest goal is to make my clients comfortable and provide a positive experience. I want my clients to frame my finished work and art in their homes and be proud of their photos.

The first time I picked up a camera was when I was about 12 years old, on a summer afternoon at my Nana's house. We spent the day digging through boxes filled with old family photographs. My Nana told me stories of her childhood and I got to relive those cherished moments with her. She explained to me that photos have a way of connecting us to our past and defining who we are and where we came from. She then gave me her old 35mm camera. That was the moment that ignited my love of photography and a desire to create timeless images. I love preserving moments that will last longer that our days on earth and be treasured by future loved ones.

I am a wife and mama first and foremost, but photography is my firey passion! I have been in the wedding industry for a little over 7 years and have never looked back. I bring my bubbly personality to every wedding day to ensure it is as stress free to my couples! In a previous life, Rachel worked as a crime scene investigator for the Phoenix and Mesa Police Departments, were she learned the physics of light and the science behind photography. But having her newborn son, Wyatt, at home during her long homicide call-out schedule wasn’t a good fit. So in 2014, she took the leap, the plunge, the dive! into the artistic world of photography and hasn’t looked back.

I eat, sleep and breathe photography. I crave that connection with my brides and to adventure with my couples that are engaged and preparing for their wedding.
