Hi I'm Laura, a bilingual (EN/ES) wedding photographer with 12+ years of experience, now based in Arizona after moving from NJ. I specialize in warm, earth-toned, candid photography that tells each couple’s story authentically’m drawn to couples who care deeply about the experience they're creating—thoughtful celebrations filled with meaningful details, genuine connection, and a whole lot of personality.

I bring a calm, grounding presence to a day that can easily feel like a whirlwind. I know when to step in and guide you, and when to quietly step back so the moment can happen on its own. I don't believe in stiff poses or forced smiles. Instead, I create space for real connection, allowing your photos to feel effortless, emotional, and unmistakably you.

The Best Decision We Made
I truly cannot recommend Laura enough. I spoke with quite a few photographers while searching for our wedding, but the moment I talked to her, I knew she was our girl. While a lot of other consultations felt very quick and cut-and-dry, Laura took the time to meet with me over FaceTime and even walked me through an estimated timeline right then and there. As a very type-A bride, that meant everything to me and immediately gave me so much confidence in her. We met in person for the first time at our engagement shoot, and she took such amazing care of us. My partner and I had never taken professional photos before, but she made us feel completely comfortable, nothing ever felt awkward. The photos turned out absolutely incredible, and I used them for EVERYTHING! Our wedding website, invitations, and honestly showed them off to everyone. On our wedding day, Laura and her second shooter were truly amazing. She made sure to capture every photo we had asked for, while also catching all the little in-between moments that made the day so special, like my bridesmaids helping each other into their dresses before the ceremony. Her attention to detail is unmatched. I thought I was going to lose my mind waiting for our gallery, but boy, was it worth every second. The moment I saw our photos, my mind was completely blown. She captured our day more beautifully than I ever could have imagined, and I truly cannot stop looking through them. Every single image brings me right back to those moments, and I notice something new every time I scroll through them. I feel so incredibly blessed that I chose Laura to be our photographer, and I know I’ll treasure these photos for the rest of my life. Even though our wedding is over, I will continue to hire Laura for anything we need in the future. She is beyond talented, such a joy to work with, and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Wedding Planner Approved x10!
I've had the pleasure of working with Laura on both sides of her camera- first as a wedding planner and most recently for a branding session to mark a milestone moment for my company. I can say with confidence that she is equally amazing on both ends! In front of her camera, she knows exactly when to help guide the posing so you feel comfortable and get those must-have photos, and when to cheer you on or just step back and document the moments as they unfold naturally. Laura is the kind of photographer who will be sure your photos are true to you and your vision, but also makes it feel FUN! As a wedding planner, I could rave about her for days with all the reasons I recommend her to our JJE couples. Her communication, expertise, and personality truly are what create the full experience your wedding day deserves! But above all, Laura's calm presence on wedding day and ability to keep photos right on track is what makes us trust her SO much with our couples. Laura and Team are the best!
From the moment we booked with Raw By Laura, we knew we'd made the right choice. Laura responded quickly to our questions and was so accommodating with all of our requests leading up to the wedding. On the day of, her team was fun to work with and made my fiancé and me feel comfortable in front of the camera, even though we're usually shy about photos. She gave us great guidance throughout the shoot and captured breathtaking moments we didn't even know to look for. Her work is incredible and exceeded what we imagined for our wedding photos even just in our sneak peaks we got. We can't recommend her enough!

Most amazing photographer ever!!
Laura is the most photographer I've ever worked with! I've been maid of honor, bridesmaid, guest, and bride. Laura is by far the best photographer there is! First of all, she is incredibly organized. She is flexible with planning, her energy is top tier. She always brings the smile and energy. She helped us pose and organized both of our families which was sooooo helpful. Every single picture she delivered is perfect for both our engagement shoot and wedding. We will for sure be using Laura for anytime we want professional pictures. Worth every single penny. Nothing more important than pictures from our wedding day. She captured us perfectly with all our friends and family.
