In the weeks prior to our wedding, we met with Rachelle who helped walk us through the timeline for our day, and let us know what elements would work best in what order. She helped to incorporate everything we wanted into one seamless schedule. She organized this timeline with vendors and coordinated arrivals so we didn’t have to, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about managing arrivals and leave it to the professional instead! Where she really shined was on the wedding day itself. She came prepared to help set up decorations so we didn’t have to. She got the marriage license mailed so we didn’t need to worry about it. She ensured gifts and cards were stored away into a vehicle and managed the clean up of the venue so we could go home and rest. She wanted our day to be for us to relax, enjoy, and savor the moment. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
