Additionally, we provide an extensive rental catalog featuring décor and event essentials, available to all clients regardless of planning package selection.

I founded Beloved Events and Rentals with the goal of alleviating stress for couples and their families on their wedding day. A wedding planner or coordinator does far more than simply organize the day—we handle preparations well in advance, coordinate with vendors, assist with décor decisions, and help navigate the emotions that arise before and during the wedding.

Katie truly was sent to us from heaven. We cannot thank her enough for the ease she brought to wedding planning and our day. She handled everything and more with the biggest smile on her face. She has impeccable taste and style where I gave her full permission to decorate as she saw fit, and I was so glad she did. The tables were stunning, the aisle was stunning, everything STUNNING. She helped from the moment I messaged her saying “I’m having cold sweats at night thinking about how day of the wedding is going to be situated”. She made me feel so validated as a bride, kept the vibes up, and truly made our day more special and perfect than what could ever be imagined. She may not realize it, but she truly means the world to us and we hope to continue our monthly check ins just because we miss her. Truly cannot say enough good words about her.

We truly could not have pulled off our dream wedding without Katie and her team. About 8 months away from our wedding my (now) husband made me talk to Katie because I was incredibly stressed. It was the best decision I made. She was absolutely no pressure, such a joy from the start, and I had so much fun with her. I knew immediately I could trust her with a 270 person wedding. I enjoyed every second of working with her, I actually had fun and miss our meetings! She made me feel so comfortable and validated throughout planning, and truly made our wedding day so special. Katie and her team worked so hard from start to finish on the wedding day and the whole day went off without a hitch. I cannot thank them enough. We could not have chosen for anyone better to be by our side throughout such an important time in our lives. We are are so grateful and will miss her a ton!

Our special day!
Our day would not have been the most special day of our lives if it wasn’t for Katie. She was the only reason I was stress free on the day of. She dealt with everything and anything and I didn’t even have to lift a finger. She brought me drinks and desserts and made sure everything ran smoothly. She even did stuff for us AFTER the wedding like pick up our seating chart sign that was left behind. We are forever grateful and thankful for her and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a coordinator on their big day!!!

Katie is an amazing wedding planner. From start to finish, she was very detail oriented and outgoing. Katie took a HUGE stress off of myself from planning the best day of my life. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!
