“Our wedding on May 2nd at Grand Oaks Country Club was truly beyond anything we could have ever imagined and was easily one of the best days of our lives! From the very beginning, Margaret was incredible. She answered every single one of my (many) questions with patience and care, making the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, and that level of attention carried through to the wedding day itself. Everything ran flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment with our friends and family. One of the most exciting surprises was the venue's recent renovations. We originally booked without knowing about them, and we were blown away when we saw the updates (especially the stunning new floor to ceiling windows) in the main ballroom, which made the space feel even more elegant and bright. The food deserves its own spotlight. Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was! From cocktail hour to dessert, every detail was executed perfectly. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous as well, and our photos came out stunning. You would never even guess you're on Staten Island. We truly wish we could relive the day all over again. “Stone House is an incredible venue on the north shore of Staten Island. We called it our “upstate Staten Island wedding” because it feels upstate while still being in NYC! We had our wedding here back in October 2025, and it went so well. Nadia and Bella were so patient with us as we navigated our planning, and the staff on the day of were equally great! Everyone raved about the food, and the atmosphere was perfect. We lucked out - the rain held off which made for a truly beautiful outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. I think the rain scared some à la carte diners away that night, so it really felt like we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Thank you again to Nadia, Bella and everyone at Stone House for helping make our wedding perfect!”

Snug Harbor’s 86+ acres of manicures gardens and lush landscaping are the perfect setting for outdoor ceremonies and entertaining al fresco. The property features a large tented pavilion, grand ballroom and lower great hall for more intimate gatherings. The Tuscan garden is modeled after the Villa Gamberia in Florence, Italy. The Tuscan Garden features landscaped terraces, formal water elements and topiaries period plantings. The Chinese Scholar Garden is one only two authentic Chinese Scholar Gardens in the United States. The garden features magnificent rockery bamboo foot path, waterfalls & Koi-pond.

“I had my wedding on 9/26/25 and the venue looked so beautiful! Even better than when I toured it back in November. Carmela and Mona were so helpful and accommodating during the planning process. There were so many last minute changes and hiccups like transportation vendors falling through, but Carmela was able to help me book last minute transportation that was even bigger than I was expecting! Everything went so much better than I imagined and all the guests were so impressed with the venue and food! Evette (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was my bridal attendant the day of. She was fantastic, made sure I was no longer on my phone, helped with transportation throughout the venue and kept me calm during the ceremony. I can’t thank them enough for making this day so special!”
