After I moved to Utah for school, I realized I loved capturing all the wonderful emotions that come with engagements and bridals! Unfortunately I realized I wanted to make this pivot at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, when people started putting off their weddings. Then 2021 happened and I got back on track! I have loved every minute of it. I am so excited to work with so many loving couples like you to help you capture your excitement and joy on one of the biggest days of your lives!

I had always loved photography, but once the pandemic hit, I sat down, educated myself, figured out my style, and realized what I was truly passionate about - capturing stories and getting to know people! The name Brooklyn Grace Photo doesn't derive from my middle name; it stems from what I want to convey through my pictures - grace, simple elegance. My love for photography started when I was in high school. I became the school yearbook and newspaper photographer the end of my sophomore year until I graduated. For me, the ending of that journey was the saddest thing about my graduation. I was told being a photographer wouldn’t gain me a living, and I should aspire for something higher. I listened to other people instead of following my heart. It wasn’t until after my father passed away, I realized what I should have done. Now I am trying to regain my dream, and prove to myself and others that you can achieve anything your heart truly desires, regardless of what others may say.

I’m so glad you’re here. Really. My name is Katie Griffith, I’m 25 years old, living in the gorgeous mountains of Utah. Although it gets so cold and snowy here, you really can’t beat the Utah outdoors. The mountains feel like my second home. Ive been married to my best friend for over 3 years now, and our lil pack consists of our baby girl and our Golden Retriever. These three are my whole world! Honestly, I never knew this level of happiness existed before they came into my life. Ive been photographing weddings and elopements for 5+ years now, and I love what I do! I couldn't imagine doing anything else! This is truly my dream job.
