We loved working with Evergreen Meadows. We knew from the day that we toured the venue that we would be getting married there. We loved the location for out-of-town guests -- it wasn't too far from the airport and had a lot of hotel options nearby. We were able to reach out for any questions that we had and they were very responsive. We had our day of coordinator with Love Blooms and it was seamless because they knew so much about the venue already. We loved the getting ready rooms and all the space that our guests had to be able to spend time together.

My partner and I were looking for an outdoor wedding venue that captured the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest without leaning into the farmhouse aesthetic. Gray Bridge Venue was perfect from the moment we first saw it on a virtual tour, and then even better when we finally visited in person! Matt & Stacy are so kind and the ultimate wedding pros - they have a plan for every contingency and their recommended vendor list really helped streamline the planning process. The venue itself is beautifully designed; it has an organic elegance of its own that requires very little in terms of decor. We couldn't be happier that Gray Bridge will always be part of our love story!

The owner was wonderful to work with — incredibly flexible, kind, and easygoing throughout the entire process. It made planning so much less stressful and allowed us to really enjoy our day. One of the BEST choices we made for our wedding! Sammie at Fall City Farms was incredible to work with- responsive, flexible, and accommodating. The space was private, peaceful, and beautiful. Gorgeous photo opportunities with the trees, bridge, and lodge background. Great getting ready spaces. We loved that we could spend the night of the wedding at the lodge (we had our getaway car drive us around the block and in through the back entrance where no guests could see us- highly recommend!) The grass in the ceremony & reception area was green in August and everything about the space was well maintained. We loved that we could use any vendors we want, but did go with some of their recommended vendors (who were fantastic). We HIGHLY recommend The Lodge at Fall City Farms!

Brown Family Homestead

5.0

Leavenworth, WA
  • Up to 150 guests
  • Select services
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $4,500

Hello and thanks for checking in about the Brown Family Homestead! We are a rustic, outdoor destination venue located on 15 private acres at the foot of Dirty Face Mountain, on the north side of Lake Wenatchee. The property is surrounded by trees, open meadows, the Cascades, historic buildings, and even a few Homestead animals. In addition to having a gorgeous (and meaningful) space, we pride ourselves on having an easy-going, nature-loving, organized team to show you around the homestead (or even to help plan your big day).

Why you'll love this venue

  • Feels like a getaway
  • Has a relaxed and casual vibe
  • Unique barn setting

Venue considerations

  • Does not provide event staff
  • No built-in audiovisual options
  • No all-inclusive dining options
On May 28, 2022, Erik and I were married at the Brown Family Homestead, a place that somehow felt both breathtaking and deeply grounding from the moment we arrived. We spent the night before our wedding surrounded by our bridal party, tucked into the homestead and soaking in the quiet excitement before the day ahead. That sense of togetherness carried through the entire weekend, including the night of our wedding, when staying on-site and in the treehouse made the celebration feel unhurried and intimate, like time slowed down just for us. The venue itself is incredibly beautiful. Rolling green hills, towering trees, and wide-open skies created a setting that felt timeless and peaceful. Leavenworth has a magic to it no matter the season, and the homestead captures that perfectly. It is rustic, welcoming, and rich with history. You can feel the stories in the land, and it made our own feel that much more meaningful. The team at the homestead was phenomenal throughout the entire planning process. They helped keep us organized, answered questions with patience and care, and truly felt like partners in bringing our day together. That support made such a difference, not just logistically but emotionally. It allowed us to be present and enjoy the experience instead of worrying about the details. Our guests loved every part of the venue, from the ceremony space to the grounds where everyone could wander, connect, and relax. We chose one of the homestead’s suggested local caterers, and they absolutely delivered. The food was amazing and added to the warmth and joy of the celebration. Looking back, our wedding felt exactly like us. It was personal, relaxed, full of love, and rooted in a place that will always hold special meaning. The Brown Family Homestead did not just host our wedding. It held our memories, our people, and the start of our marriage in the most beautiful way.

Relaxed alcohol policy. Your bar your way. Open vendor policy. Use any vendors you like. Our season runs mid-May through Labor Day.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Rustic-chic setting
  • Venue is completely outdoors
  • Bridal suite on site

Venue considerations

  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Not for you if you prefer a more modern aesthetic
Falling Water Gardens is a hidden gem located in Monroe. Not only is the location beautiful, but you also have various spaces to use for your ceremony and reception. There is tons of flexibility and a lot of options. Rick, Ken, and Liz were easy to work with, and always responded to our messages clearly and within a reasonable time frame. My husband and I only looked a handful of venues, and when I saw this one, I knew place was perfect for us. I didn't feel like I could justify the cost of a florist, and if you get married here, you don't need one. The flowers and trees in the event space are enough! Not only does Falling Water Gardens offer flexibility and different options for your ceremony and reception, but they also allow you to come check out the space while you are going through your planning. My husband and I went back to the space a few times while we were planning to get a visual for where our decor would be setup, where the bar would go, the DJ, etc. And if you give the venue a heads up that you are coming, someone will greet you and will answer any questions you may have. Some venues don't offer a lot in terms of setup, but Falling Water Gardens has 200 chairs and plenty of tables for you to use, and they will set all of that up for you. We did our decor on our own, but having the tables and chairs ready in the spaces was a huge help. They also have a large tent for the tables and chairs, and smaller easy up tents for your vendors. We had a bit of an issue with one of our photographers, and did not feel like we had adequate time to take photos as a couple. Because of this, my husband and I wanted to take more photos. When I contacted Liz to ask if we could return to the venue to take more photos, she said yes. Getting a chance to take more photos/re-do some photos made the experience that much better for us. Again, the flexibility, kindness, various options, and beautiful space are all here. Falling Water Gardens was there for us every step of the way, and they made sure our day was everything we wanted. I could not have asked for more when I found this venue.

Terra Valley Farms is an incredible venue! We knew from the first time we walked the grounds that this was a special location, and every one of our guests confirmed this by stopping to tell us how beautiful and perfect the whole place was. Whether it was their fields of berries and dahlias, winding garden paths, or open areas for lawn games, the natural beauty meant that we really didn’t need to do much for extra decor, and this in turn helped us save money to use elsewhere in our budget. The fact that they also offer wedding coordination and bartending services means there is a lot of value here and adding these services made our lives so much easier. We got to work with Tessa as our wedding coordinator, and she was the absolute best! Because she knows Terra Valley so well, she knew just how to make things run as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire planning process and on the actual day, she and her team made us feel so at ease and well taken care of. Thank you, Tessa, for being our steady guide throughout this year of planning a wedding and thank you Chelsea for all the work you and your team do to make this such a special place!

We hosted our wedding celebration at Parties on the Terrace this past September and it was the perfect venue for us! We wanted to find somewhere that we could leverage a more laid-back atmosphere and lean in on the natural features the venue provided. Patti was easy and great to work with on all the details. Very easy to get a hold of prior to and post the event. The inclusion of some items other venues would ask you to pay for made it affordable in the realm of venues (included shuttles from offsite parking, tables, chairs, cafe lights, etc) The venue was in bloom, and it felt like you were in a secret garden, couldn't have asked for a better day!

The View not only met our expectations for a wedding venue, but exceeded them. Having so many family member travel from all over the country, we wanted a venue that showcased just how beautiful our home state is which made The View the perfect fit. It has the absolute most beautiful mountain and evergreen backdrop of any of the venues we had looked at, making the whole experience feel infinitely more special. On top of just how gorgeous it is, I can't say enough about how amazing the owners are. At times, I felt so lost and overwhelmed in the wedding planning process as there is so much to consider and coordinate. Not only are the owners super welcoming and accommodating but they have a wedding planning background which helped immensely when it came to making careful decisions and making the whole vision come together. I cant recommend this venue enough as it was hands down the best decision we made when planning our special day!

Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort was the perfect venue for our PNW wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, consistent, and transparent. We mainly worked with Jena and Kevin throughout the planning process and they were both phenomenal. Answered all of our questions, always jumped on a call if we requested, and accommodated any special requests. Throughout the weekend, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring every detail was taken care of to make our special day go smoothly. The venue itself is an amazing space - the stunning mountain and river views provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and reception. We loved that all of our guests could comfortably stay on-site, and there were so many activities for them to enjoy, like the spa, pool, hiking trails, and organic garden. MSL turned out to be the perfect wedding venue for our event. Communication leading up to the wedding was concise and direct, but they maintained a relaxed attitude. They assigned us a coordinator as our primary point of contact, which made emails and day-of communication much easier. Our coordinator was Leah, and she guided us through a lot of planning considerations we wouldn't have thought of on our own. They were also clear, up-front, and timely with communications about payments. All of their estimates for costs were accurate. There was a small mistake on our (large and very complicated) bill at one point, and it was noticed and corrected immediately without our even having to ask. The venue itself is extremely beautiful. The clean, well-maintained, and well-landscaped spaces created an even more beautiful event than what we had planned. Meanwhile, the cabins were comfortable and spacious enough for our guests to hang out and party for the whole weekend. We basically turned it into a grown-up, extremely luxurious version of summer camp. We had two dinners and a lunch catered. The food was very consistent with the samples we tried during the planning phase and we were thrilled with the result. They accommodated a range of dietary restrictions, and the amount of food provided per guest was quite generous. They also made the process of selecting and ordering our meals and drinks easy. Most importantly, my husband wanted to source our own wine for the wedding. MSL was flexible with us and found a way to accommodate the request, even though that's not how they usually do it. During our event, the staff was efficient and discrete. Only Leah ever approached us to ask questions or prompt the next phase of the event, so we could otherwise sit back and enjoy the ride. Meanwhile, the party flowed smoothly on around us, thanks to the rest of their team. Our other vendors also remarked that their work was made easier by the venue staff. Based on the positive reviews from other customers, and our interactions with their wedding planning team, we knew our events would go well. Even so, we were blown away by the experience of the wedding itself.
