The Chapel Theater is an original building on the Sleeping Lady property, built in the 1950's by the Catholic Church when the site operated as Camp Field. Today, the Chapel Theater is a great setting for large groups with its dramatic granite walls and high vaulted ceilings.

Usually planned and attended by the couple and a very small number of friends and/or family. This elopement package includes up to 6 guests total. Sunday afternoon through Thursday evening $500 venue rental or Friday through Sunday morning $1,000 venue rental. There is no food and beverage requirement. Elopements are bookable within 6 months of the event, and based on availability at the time of inquiry. Elopements are limited to a 2 hour window for the event.

The ambiance and beautiful grounds and event spaces provide a romantic setting for the intimate wedding you've been looking for! Micro weddings are bookable within 6 months of the event, and based on availability at the time of inquiry. Limited to a 3 hour window for the event.

I’ve had the pleasure of coordinating multiple weddings at this venue, and it is truly one of my FAVS. Not only is the property and locations absolutely stunning, but the staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making each couple’s day the best it can be. One of my favorite features is the on-site accommodations for the couple and their families, along with the ability to set up and store décor the night before. It makes wedding morning so much less stressful and allows everyone to focus on enjoying the day instead of rushing to get everything in place. Every experience I’ve had here has been exceptional. The venue is beautiful, Jena the team are amazing, and everything is thoughtfully designed to create a smooth, enjoyable wedding day. I always look forward to working here and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a gorgeous venue with an outstanding team!

Incredible staff, venue & location!
I am a local wedding planner and I just had the pleasure of working a wedding at Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort. Hands down, it was one of the easiest and most beautiful venues I've ever worked with! The venue coordinator was super organized and communicative to work with before the wedding, and it poured over seamlessly into the wedding day. The whole staff was warm, friendly, helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our couple. They were able to handle things quickly and quietly that popped up like any wedding day will have and they made sure everyone was taken care of. The food and beverages were absolutely delicious, the views were stunning and unbeatable and the venue itself felt warm and inviting. I will be recommending Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort to anyone getting married because it truly was an all inclusive resort feel! What more could you ask for! They are truly a one of a kind venue that any couple would be blessed to get married at.

Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort Venue
Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort was the perfect venue for our PNW wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, consistent, and transparent. We mainly worked with Jena and Kevin throughout the planning process and they were both phenomenal. Answered all of our questions, always jumped on a call if we requested, and accommodated any special requests. Throughout the weekend, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring every detail was taken care of to make our special day go smoothly. The venue itself is an amazing space - the stunning mountain and river views provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and reception. We loved that all of our guests could comfortably stay on-site, and there were so many activities for them to enjoy, like the spa, pool, hiking trails, and organic garden. It's less than 10 minutes to downtown Leavenworth, next door to a horseback riding stable, and less than 3 minutes from a golf course. Sleeping Lady truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. Highly recommend to anyone who loves the PNW and wants to share it with their loved ones!!!

Magical Destination
I am a Wedding Coordinator and I have done quite a few weddings at Sun Mountain Lodge. Every wedding has been beyond beautiful simply because the gorgeous Mountain Views, and wild flowers! Not to mention a top notch staff and delicious food! I love doing weddings at Sun Mountain Lodge, especially because I couldn’t picture a better place to have to be at all day!
