Thank you for considering Warm Springs Inn & Winery for your intimate wedding of up to 30 guests including you. We’re a fully renovated, gracious country estate mansion located between Wenatchee & Leavenworth in the Columbia River Valley nestled on ten riverfront acres surrounded by cherry orchards, old growth trees and gardens. Our six beautifully appointed guest rooms, all with private baths, and large common areas can host an amazing party.

We can host Indoor weddings all year up to 35 guests
Due to our full liquor & winery license, we will provide all alcoholic beverages served here. We have a full beer/wine/spirits/Selters/hard ciders, etc. license so can provide most everything you want to serve along with professional bartenders. No banquet permit is required. Special bottles can be considered with corkage. We don't have a Kegerator on-site, but one can be brought in if desired; however, kegs must be purchased through Warm Springs Inn. Mimosas & other beverages can be provided also while getting ready, rehearsals, day-of relaxing times, and after-party winddown time on the deck.
Yes, parking for up to 125 cars is provided free of charge. It's in our pasture across from the inn with flat, easy access and organized so those needed to leave early are not "boxed in". It's close to bathrooms and pickleball court.
Our outdoor facilities are wheelchair accessible with a few sloped areas and stairs that may need assistance for those who are mobility impaired. Indoors at the Inn is not ADA approved; however, we have outdoor bathrooms that are ramped on the upper reception level.
Outdoor wedding season tends to be from early May to early October due to unpredictable weather conditions. Other times may be reserved with the use of tents and heaters which are recommended on cusp ends of the wedding season. The ceremony sites by the river cannot be tented but reception area can usually seat up to 125 under tents if rented from a recommended vendor (or placed "on hold" as insurance for upcoming event dates).
We suggest you contact a rental company to reserve tents in case of inclement weather. Large tents can come with sides, lights and heater options. Our outdoor wedding season is designed to reduce the need of tents, but we're flexible.
By Chelan County noise regulations, all outdoor music needs to end by 10 p.m. The reception can continue if you want, without the music, and some additional staffing fees. Usually the overnight guests move to the outdoor decks to relax and wind down with additional bar service as requested. Often, other guests plan afterparties at local pubs or bars to continue the fun off-site. You are welcome to leave cars overnight and Uber or taxi to hotels and post-reception parties.
