He answered all of our questions, made the booking process simple, and we immediately felt comfortable choosing them for our big day. Our wedding included an outdoor ceremony and a reception at a second venue about 15 minutes away. Since it was a longer wedding with an outdoor ceremony and then reception following at two completely separate locations that were a few miles apart, DJ Daniel recommended bringing a second DJ. That turned out to be a great decision because everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. DJ Daniel provided the ceremony music and a wireless microphone for our officiant, who was a family member. The timing of every entrance song was perfect, especially the bridal entrance. Guests even commented that they could clearly hear every word of the ceremony. The reception was just as much fun. Our parents and older family members loved the classic dance music, while later in the evening DJ Daniel did all the MC introductions and announcements we had planned. The dance floor stayed busy all night, and at 1am we he had big smiles and our guests are still talking about how great the dance music we chose and that DJ Daniel implemented was. “Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. “Wedding was 1/9/2020 . Our officiant didn't add our ring exchange to our ceremony. (We had a buddist ceremony); The chaos of a strict photography schedule kept my husband and I busy. But I was so upset that moment was not going to be in photos. Dom somehow knew I needed that moment to complete. He snuck it in before our cake cutting and I was overjoyed to have him officiate that for us. He was spot on with the playlist and songs matching to our chosen genre. He wasn’t just a part of our wedding day, he made our wedding day. From the very first moment to the very last song, he gave us something so magical, so unforgettable, that it still makes us emotional to think about. He was literally the heartbeat of our day. He played live cello pre ceremony for all the guests to enjoy that was truly so beautiful. But the live cello as I walked down the aisle is a memory etched into our hearts forever. It was more than music. It felt like the soundtrack to our love story, and it was the most beautiful beginning to the rest of our lives. Then, during cocktail hour, he transformed the atmosphere with looping, beatboxing, and cello in a way that left every single guest completely captivated. People couldn’t stop talking about it, and even now, they’re still telling us it was the most unique and breathtaking performance they’ve ever experienced at a wedding from start to finish. And then there was the saxophonist he brought in during the dance party. pure magic. Together, they created an energy that was electric, soulful, and overflowing with joy. They didn’t just entertain, they touched every heart in the room. Not only was he the most talented cello musician, he absolutely crushed the dance party and played non stop for 3:30 hours. Not one bad song or bad mix. It was absolutely incredible. But what truly sets him apart is how much heart he pours into what he does. Without us even knowing, he recorded our entire ceremony, our cocktail hour, our dance floor, and gifted us not just music, but memories. He allowed us to relive the most important day of our lives again and again. That level of thoughtfulness is beyond anything we could have imagined. Our wedding was perfect because of him. “Exemplar Sound provided excellent DJing. They provided, set up, and broke down all necessary sound and lighting equipment so that we did not have to worry about it at all. Our DJ for the wedding was Christian. He did a great job playing all of our ceremony, cocktail/dinner hour, and itinerary music just as we requested. He was very responsive and flexible, playing many of our requested dance songs while adding his own suggestions to the mix to help get and keep guests on the dance floor at our small-medium wedding (70 guests). He even came out onto the dance floor at one point to dance with and pump up the crowd! We definitely recommend this DJ service!”

“Disco Bill is a DJ who truly loves what he does! He was warm, friendly, so easy to work with, and was able to cater to everyone’s requests while keeping the dance floor fun. We had an all ages, all generations wedding and everyone had a wonderful time. He brought and set up dance floor lighting, served as our MC, and also provided a microphone for our officiant, all for an extremely reasonable price.
