“I without a doubt did the right thing by hiring Jones Media and choosing both Regina (photographer) and Kevin (videographer) to shoot our vow renewal at Paddlefish at Disney Springs in Orlando, FL. They both brought the energy and the hype, and they have the absolute best personalities. They were incredibly professional the entire time, and I had no idea that they had never worked together before my event! They collaborated seamlessly, bouncing ideas off one another and making everything even more perfect. They honestly didn’t feel like hired vendors—they felt like guests we invited who were having just as much fun as we were, while still staying completely on task. To top it off, they are complete lifesavers. The night before our renewal, we hit a major hiccup. Due to a last-minute policy change at our Disney resort, our third-party vendors were suddenly not permitted on the property. With no other choice, I had to cancel our resort reservations late at night and move everything back to my parents' timeshare. I immediately messaged Kevin and Regina about the last-minute location change. The next morning, they both showed up right on time and completely ready to go. Because we kept our original timeline, the new location meant we were a little farther away from the venue, but neither Kevin nor Regina ever made us feel rushed. We just pivoted, and they went completely above and beyond—even staying a little past their scheduled end time to make up for the chaos the night before. In the Disney world, we call that Pixie Dust, and they definitely brought it with them. If I had to do this all over again, I’d choose them again and again. Their documentary film was extraordinary—it let us relive our wedding day in a way that felt genuine and special. The team responded quickly to all our questions and kept everything professional from start to finish, which made the planning process smooth. Towards the end of the night, we realized we never signed our marriage license. When I asked Ali if they could stay for a few extra minutes to capture those moments, they agreed without hesitation. All our photos and videos came back on time and are truly beautiful. One thing we wish is that they had been a bit more assertive when organizing our family photos as we didn't end up with every shot/ family groupings requested on our list. We do have a larger family which can also lead towards more chaos as you can imagine. Of course part of this was a timing issue as all photos with bride and groom together needed to be done within cocktail hour as we did not do a first look. “We hired Alexandra and her Sister Michele for a wedding their package came with a complimentary engagement session. We met Alexandra for the first time. Our first impression is as soon as she started talking she made us feel at ease. She took charge of the session, posing and directing us in many ways. My husband isn't the type to want to do photos ever and she had him smiling the entire time. By the end of our engagement session, it felt like we had known her for years. Fast forward to our wedding day, everything was going wrong. When Alexandra arrives she notices my face and right away goes and takes charge. She directed all the vendors to where they needed to be she made sure no one bugged me as I was getting ready. The entire night they were capturing everything without being asked. they made sure that we had pictures with almost every single guest. they took almost 4000 photos and provided them all to use edited within 3 months. They didn't charge us extra most of my friends were surprised when I shared that with them as most photographers charge extra after so many edits. “We used Heather for our wedding last summer and we could not have been happier! She was extremely communicative, professional, and just an overall wonderful person to work with. And our photos turned out better than we could have imagined! She got so many beautiful shots. I really love candid shots, which we talked about beforehand, and she got so many good ones both of the ceremony and reception. She also had great suggestions for poses for the more formal photos which was great because we are not great at posing ourselves haha. “Gui provided exceptional video and photography services for our wedding, capturing our day in a way that we will appreciate forever. Leading up to the day, he made everything easy for us and listened to and accommodated our every request. He suggested poses and made sure to capture all of the important details so that we could focus on the ceremony and reception. The end product (photos, teaser video and full length video) would not have been better. He is a consummate professional, an exceedingly nice person, and we can't imagine having survived our wedding day without him. We HIGHLY recommend Gui for your photography and videography needs!”
