My name is Adrian Burlaza, I was first introduced into photography in 2008 when I took an intro black & white photo course. I instantly fell in love with taking images with my camera and seeing them come to life by my own hands (literally, in the dark room). From that point I committed myself to this craft of image-making and scoured the internet, learning everything from nerdy equipment specs to creative techniques.

My passion is to capture the essence of each moment; the unedited, uncut, unfiltered snippets of life. I believe these moments bring power and truth, thus rendering powerful, convicting imagery. As a photographer I want my images to leave a lasting impact, holding wonderful memories that can be relived and enjoyed.

    Incredible photos, great energy

    I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Adrian! His photos are stunning and he is so incredibly nice. My husband and I both feel a little awkward in front of the camera and Adrian gave great instructions and put us at ease. He also captured so many small sweet moments, and really got the feel of our ceremony across. He got our photos back to us super fast too, overall a really amazing experience!

    We had such an amazing experience with Adrian! We aren’t typically in front of the camera much so posing was hard at first, and we’re not sure what to do but Adrian gave us such good direction and made it feel so easy! The photos came out absolutely beautiful and magical. He made everything look and feel so natural and I feel captured the feeling of our day perfectly. The photos feel and have a very dreamy like vibe that I LOVE!! I cried so much seeing the photos. Thank you so much for capturing us and making it beautiful. So so happy!!

Every wedding is different! I don’t have a set number of deliverable images, but on average I deliver between 50-100 images per hour booked.
Depending on the season it can take 6-8 weeks. However I always try to 1UP myself and get galleries back to clients as quickly as possible. However I do offer a 48 hour turnaround option if you want the ultimate swiftness!
Yes! I have both equipment insurance as well as liability insurance, so there is peace of mind all around. If your venue requires a certificate of liability form from me,I am more than happy to provide it!
It’s super simple. I require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will need to be paid 2 weeks before the date of the wedding.
Most couples book me for 8 or 10 hours of coverage. Below 8 hours is doable but it will mostly depend on how your wedding day is set up. 8 hours will generally allow for coverage of the tail end of getting ready through 30 minutes of open dancing during the reception. 10 hours will give a bit more coverage to those items on the end (getting ready & open dancing/an exit). If you feel stuck and not sure what you need, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy chat and recommend how many hours of coverage would be best for you.
If it is within your budget, it is never a bad idea. Having an extra set of eyes to capture your day will only result in seeing certain moments from the day from a different perspective. Adding a second photographer is not required by any means, I'm totally comfortable shooting either way. However, if something requires me to be in two places at once, I will definitely recommend one.
That is no problem at all! When you book me for your wedding day, that entire day is blocked off for you. If you find that you need additional hours, please let me know asap so I can plan for it! Extra hours of coverage that is added on the day of the wedding is $400/hr.
Life happens and I totally get it! Please keep in mind that cancelation’s will result in forfeiture of the 50% retainer. For rescheduling. Your 50% retainer and a $150 rescheduling fee will apply to the new date, as long as the new date is within 6 months of the original date. If you are rescheduling more than 6 months, a new retainer will be required along with the rescheduling fee.
Of course! I would love for you to look through a few full galleries. Instagram & websites tend to be highlight reels so I encourage you to look through a few so you have a great idea of what a complete wedding looks like from me.
Super simple! Just let me know what package you’d like to move forward with, along with and a la carte items, and I will prep the contract and send it on over! Once the 50% retainer fee is paid and the contract is signed by all three of us, you are all set!
