Hello Friends! I'm a wedding and portrait photographer based out of Long Beach, CA. Weddings are my absolute favorite type of photography and I love hearing about my couples love stories. My commitment to you is to provide with the best images of your life and a feeling that we are going to be friends for awhile. I will walk you through the whole process from start to finish and I'll make sure you take the time to enjoy your special day.

I truly like to get to know my couples and make sure that I capture the true essence of their relationship. No two couples are alike and I understand that each has their own comfort levels with respect to photography. I will keep you engaged and having fun during our time together starting with an engagement session and throughout your entire wedding. I will work tirelessly to make sure that I give all that you want on your special day and more.

    Best Experience Ever!!!

    James was an absolute dream to work with. He captured every special moment of our wedding without ever feeling intrusive. It felt like James was everywhere and nowhere all at once.     James and his team were outstanding.

    From beginning to end, James has been a great communicator. He has a calming energy that is very comfortable to work with when planning a big wedding like what we did. The first time we spoke on the phone we knew James was the guy for us. He is extremely thorough and one hundred percent committed to capturing the vision you see for your wedding. On the day of, his team showed up early and worked tirelessly. They shifted seamlessly, quickly adapting to any issues that arose, and when cold weather threatened our intimate sunset photoshoot, James coached us through blistering windchill with speed and precision. We've already seen a few of the sneak peeks and the photos look wonderful.

    You would be crazy not to hire James Korin!

    James Korin Photography is WONDERFUL. If you want your wedding day or other special event to run smoothly, be fun, and to capture the important details, look no further. James Korin Photography was recommended to me by a friend whose sister used them for her wedding day. The quality of the photos are awesome. A lot of photos nowadays are super contrasted or look like a preset threw up on them, but James Korin photos are timeless and beautiful — not trendy preset photos. Our wedding photos are beautiful! As soon as you book your venue, I'd recommend booking with us as we only take in a limited amount of wedding request per year.
Yes, absolutely. I work with several talented 2nd photographers when requested and usually have an assistant as well for wedding 8+hrs.
I currently am editing all of my pictures myself to ensure that the right quality and consistency in present throughout my work.
Yes, currently I work with several videographers and partner with one in particular so that I can provide you with a package of photo and video. I am also very good with working with other videographers as well.
Photos from your wedding will typically be ready within 4-5 weeks of our wedding date.
I do not limit the amount of photos my clients receive with the exception of test shots, duplicates, and unflattering images. For a 8 hour wedding, you should expect to receive around 500-800 images. Your results may vary depending on the size of your wedding and location.
Yes, we currently have liability insurance up to $2MM and can provide it to venues upon request.
