Then, they will make their way to the Grand Lawn. As you exchange your vows, you'll have their vineyards and Hayes Valley, studded with oak trees, as your backdrop. For cocktail hour, guests will move to Mulberry Grove. Dinner will take place under the stars on the Grand Terrace. Finally, you'll be able to dance the night away in the Grand Salon. * Tour * We fell in love with Clos LaChance Vineyards (now CordeValle Winery) the moment we stepped onto property. We were looking for a winery wedding venue that could host up to 200 guests and where you could see vineyards from the ceremony and/or reception site; Clos has exactly that plus a golf course view! Our tour with Kristin Murphy ended with some wine tasting, both red and white. * Pre-Wedding * Kristin was incredible to work with! We had a lot of questions during the wedding planning process and she always had answers! Kristin was quick to respond via email and very accommodating when it came to special requests. Something that can’t go unnoticed was her expertise in the wedding industry and how knowledgeable she is to the property. * Wedding Day * The Clos LaChance event staff took care of everything day of wedding. They set up all of our signage in the exact location we asked for it to be placed. They placed our appetizers at our sweetheart table since we weren’t able to join Cocktail Hour. Not only did they take good care of us and our guests, the food that Chef Lu cooked was delicious (although we knew this coming out of the food tasting). * Overall * We would highly recommend Clos LaChance to anyone looking to host an elegant wedding. * Clos LaChance will always have a special place in our hearts. Ashley was amazing! Leading up to the wedding, she was super helpful in guiding us through the steps to set up playlists and coordinate the intros/outros of the bridal party. Our wedding was spread out over a large property, and she had zero issue running speakers to each area, providing a festive, cozy atmosphere! We had a couple live performances and she was very accommodating in getting mic stands and cables all ready to go. Then the DANCING began! Lights, speakers, the whole deal - Ashley killed it! We leaned into more 70’s and 80’s music, and Ashley completely understood the assignment. Needless to say, the music mix was brilliant. Since then, we have had at least a dozen of our friends and family tell us that this was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. I have no doubt that Ashley is 99.99% responsible for that. Hiring Ashley and Fog City Entertainment made a lot of sense 6 months ago, but now, having seen what she can do for a wedding’s atmosphere and dance floor, it’s a no-brainer. Thank you, Ashley!!

I didn’t want stiff, posed wedding pictures and that’s exactly why I loved working with them. Every photo feels natural, like us just being ourselves. From our very first meeting over Zoom with Thalia, I knew we’d made the right choice. Her chipper, upbeat, and lighthearted personality made us feel at ease immediately. We had the pleasure of working with Thalia for our engagement photos, our wedding, and my sister’s wedding. Each time, she was a master at combining carefully curated poses with beautifully captured candids that embodied the spirit of the event and of the couples at the center. Thalia skillfully posed us in ways that photographed beautifully and didn’t feel awkward in the moment—my husband and I were laughing and enjoying ourselves the entire time. Thalia has a true gift for composition and what initially drew me to her was the moodier vibe of the photography style. With that said, she knows when to play it up and when to tone it down and allow the natural vibrancy of the moment take center stage. My partner and I were looking for guidance and help in planning our wedding celebration. We were recommended Two Perfect Events by our venue, Mister Jiu's, given their prior collaboration and experience with them. We were kindly welcomed by Leah and introduced to our planner, Yoko, who was amazing, carefully guiding and making our vision a reality, accommodating our preferences and budget, and helping us with the design and layout of the big day with all of our vendors. She provided multiple vendor options, communicated closely with them and us throughout the bidding and hiring process, and ensured we were all on the same page from planning through the walkthrough and up to the day of the event. One of the greatest things about this process was the clear, concise communication and organization that made planning, payments, and decision-making understandable, step by step, rather than a labyrinth of crossed wires and deadlines.  The day of our wedding was as effortless as could be. It was great to have the team from Two Perfect Events, along with Yoko and Leo, there to assist with setting up and taking down decorations and rentals, help guide guests, event staff, and our vendors, and ensure everything, including our deliveries and rentals, went according to plan. We also appreciated that our planners kept an eye on both of us the entire night to ensure we were doing well and enjoying the festivities, getting our food, making sure we were at the right place at the right time, and saving any items for our personal requests. We did not expect that Two Perfect Events would take behind-the-scenes photos and videos of the entire day and the in-person walkthroughs, which gave us a chance to reminisce on the process and quickly provide a glimpse of our families and friends outside the eyes of our wonderful wedding photographers.  We appreciated that our vendors were all in sync, and the coordinators ensured our entire process minimized the stress of planning, which was what we had hoped for all along. They provided us with good advice on choosing vendors, insurance for our wedding, and what to expect when working with multiple parties. It was evident that Two Perfect Events had considered multiple contingencies and scenarios in which snafus or unexpected issues may arise throughout the process, and we were glad that Yoko was always prepared for them, including giving us enough buffer time due to traffic delays so our guests could arrive on the big day.  Everyone complimented us on the evening, and it went by so smoothly. They commented that this was the least stressful and most fun wedding they've been to in a long time, which conveyed the vibe we were going for. We wanted it to be a fun yet intimate evening where everyone enjoyed getting together to celebrate, and we were delighted to celebrate that day with them. Thanks again to our wonderful planner, Yoko, and Two Perfect Events! We couldn't have done this without you.

Jess made my absolute dream wedding florals come true! After our initial consult, she sent me a beautifully pieced together PDF of her ideas/vision for the florals which must have taken her so much time. We discussed any changes, and then signed the contract. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire wedding process which made my life as a bride so much easier. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. I feel that her work was truly worth more than what I paid for and I appreciate everything that she did so much. I don't know how to give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!

We held our wedding reception at Saratoga Springs in the Cathedral Grove region of the venue on a Saturday in October. After visiting them for a walkthrough, we booked this venue about a year and a few months in advance. This was the first venue we visited and we fell in love! We felt a great family-like vibe from the staff, starting with Jennifer who coordinated our initial booking and tour. Throughout our time preparing for this event, Olivia and Sam were extraordinary in their communication, response time, and knowledge of these events. They did a wonderful job in helping us understand what we needed vs. what we wanted and good decisions to make. They never tried to upsell us on more expensive options, always letting us know the best value for what we wanted. Throughout this process, we knew we had made the right choice in terms of staff. Scenically, Saratoga Springs is stunning! An outdoor venue with several different species of large trees like oaks and redwoods, many small creeks that run through and around the venue, and several amenities included such as lights that wrap around the trees, a firepit, and artificial turf that you can actually wear high heels on! We were in love with the scenery immediately because our reception was LOTR/Legend of Zelda themed and this was perfect for us. Throughout the actual event, the Saratoga Springs staff was excellent. They assisted us and our own day of wedding coordinators in running the event and making sure we had everything that they could provide. Our reception was during a brutal heat wave in the Bay Area, but Cathedral Grove had so many large trees that the shade they provided meant the floor never got hot and it felt more like 75 degrees which was SO essential for the comfort of ourselves and our guests. Everything was great, and we give the venue and their staff a 10/10. There was one glaring issue we want to address. The DJ we booked, Paul Dominguez, was a very nice man. He seemed to be on top of it, being in constant communication with us leading up to the event. We felt that he was going to do a great job. Yet, when it came time for the event, he made SEVERAL mistakes in what we asked him to do that we felt the need to address this situation and performance. He is part of the approved vendor list for DJs but we honestly feel Saratoga Springs needs to either reevaluate him or discuss this with him because literally everything else about the night was perfect for us, except him. Again, he is a nice guy and even provided cold sparklers for us for free which we really appreciated, but the lack of attention to detail in several aspects of this night was something we felt we needed to address here. Overall, Saratoga Springs is an excellent venue choice for a big event like a wedding/reception and we are happy to recommend anyone looking for a venue. We had an amazing experience for our reception and we are very satisfied with the staff and scenery of this venue.

Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. Left this same review on The Knot! I had to review this place on more platforms because of how amazing it was! We truly cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and the team. The space itself is absolutely stunning—it felt magical the moment we walked in and somehow looked even more beautiful on our wedding day. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely excited for us, but Kelly deserves a special shoutout. We absolutely loved her. She went above and beyond in every possible way—most memorably by framing one of our wedding photos and sending it home with us. That alone shows how much she truly cares. The food was incredible, and our guests are still talking about it. We were having so much fun dancing that we didn’t even finish our cake, and the team thoughtfully saved it for us, which meant so much at the end of the night. The pricing was also very budget friendly, and they truly work with you to make your vision happen within what you can afford, which made the planning process so much less stressful. Everyone is still telling us how beautiful and fun our wedding was, and it honestly means the world to us. Knowing that our guests felt the love, joy, and magic of the day makes our hearts so full. None of it would have been possible without this incredible team and Kelly, who put so much care into every detail. We will always be grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day unforgettable, and we cannot recommend this venue enough.

We booked George and his team for our wedding video in Las Vegas, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish. Communication before the wedding was super easy. they helped us plan out the timeline and made sure we’d have everything covered. The team blended right in on the wedding day; they were friendly, professional, and somehow everywhere without ever feeling like a camera was in our face. The final video completely blew us away. We had such an amazing experience with our catering team for our wedding! Carla, the owner, was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to talk to. From day one, she was communicative and very flexible with all the requests I had, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. One thing we truly appreciated was that they even delivered food to our home during our tastings--it made everything so convenient. The food was already amazing during the tastings, but it was even more incredible on our wedding day. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was! Carla and her team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were also the only catering team we found who packed up all the leftovers for us, which meant so much since our family stayed at the venue--we got to continue enjoying the food even after the wedding. They also created our wedding cake, which was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We also ordered the raspberry no-bake cheesecake (which I sadly didn't get to try!), but based on how quickly everything disappeared, it was clearly a hit. We only had a few slices of cake left, which says a lot about how much our guests loved everything. We are beyond grateful for Carla and her team for making our wedding day so special. We will definitely be booking them again for future events--highly recommend!

From our engagement party to our wedding, Fortino Winery proved to be the PERFECT choice. Bri and Dawn, along with the owner Gino, made us feel supported every step of the way and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. When we shared inspiration ideas, they connected us with vendors that fit our needs, and they were flexible with everything we requested, from custom drinks, custom bar and seating area to our cigar lounge, 360 photobooth, marquee signage, champagne wall and oyster shucker. Gino's cooking was outstanding-- guests couldn't stop talking about dinner and the late-night bites he prepared. The spacious grounds provided a beautiful backdrop to our wedding, and the whole team's customer service made planning stress-free. We're so grateful to Fortino Winery for making both our engagement party and wedding truly special.

Orralyn did an incredible job helping us plan our wedding in Carmel by the Sea. She was organized, knowledgeable, fun, calm, went above and beyond and I can't imagine the day without her presence. My husband was groomzilla (meticulous about every tiny detail) and Orralyn made sure everything went perfectly I was completely calm and relaxed the day of the wedding because I had Orralyn taking care of every detail.
