“Lauren was incredible. I had hired a different florist who had to cancel about 2 months before my wedding. Lauren had been recommended to me by the baker for our cake and she was able. Immediately it was clear that floral designs are her gift. She created a floral vision board for my wedding based on the emails I had sent her describing my personal style and flower preferences, and also with photo examples of flowers I loved. The vision board was perfectly me, to a T. My bridal bouquet was so beautiful and smelled amazing. I carried it around with me all weekend and made room for it in my overpacked luggage to bring home so I could press the flowers! My friends also loved their bouquets, my mother LOVED her gold band corsage, and the boutonnières for the guys were the perfect compliments to everything else! She was so very sweet and accommodating, when I expressed concern for costs she very kindly worked with me to find a budget and also give me amazing florals. She even worked with my reception venue to add flowers to an Ivy wall which turned out AMAZING. My flowers were one of my most favorite pets of my wedding! “My husband and I have both been training in medicine for the past few years so were quite worried about pulling off a nice wedding given how little time we could dedicate to planning. We are SO grateful to Wedgewood Carmel for our amazing experience! Planning was so straightforward and relatively stress free. We toured the venue once (and had a great time, as the staff there are excellent and very helpful), and then from there received a binder in the mail and a series of scheduled phone calls to keep us on track (these were easy to arrange and reschedule which was super helpful since I often didn't what my schedule would be like in a month or two). We had a list of vendors to reach out to (cake, florals) who were also all phenomenal and overall it was fun to just tick of each box. We did not end up needing an outside wedding planner which was fantastic! We were slightly worried that we wouldn't be able to customize as much for the wedding- but we actually got to pick a LOT of the details, and then Wedgewood was very great about letting us bring our own decor and flair to the wedding, and was very supportive (for example, I brought a lot of ceramics to give away and had a plushie toss, and they were able to incorporate this super easily). We were able to customize our menu from a wide range of choices, make our own signature drinks, etc. The weekend of- Alycia and Ashley were phenomenal. Alycia helped us do rehearsal and organize a bunch of people who had just gotten off long plane rides, and simplified everything so that we were all reassured. We went through our day details (which we had also done on the phone) and dropped off our decor, and that was it! Our actual wedding day was beautiful- our ceremony was outside with gorgeous weather in October. The oak trees were a really nice place to take post-ceremony photos and at the very end of the day we went to the nearby beach (which you could also use for a beach wedding) to take photos. All the decor was laid out by Alycia/the staff beautifully, the food was excellent (Ashley brought us a plate with all the food, which was greatly appreciated since we otherwise wouldn't have eaten). The DJ was very good, the photographers (we used the recommended API photographers) were excellent- all in all, we had an amazing day and everything went smoothly, and people seemed to have a good time. We couldn't be more happy! Definitely recommend Wedgewood (especially to those who are very busy).”

“We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding! The ceremony lawn is absolutely gorgeous, and it was surreal to be married surrounded by lush flowers and towering bamboo. The reception space is beautiful and modern looking with beautiful lighting and an abundance of plants that make the area feel so warm and inviting. During the event and well after, our guests were gushing over how unique and picturesque our venue was! Our absolutely favorite part of the venue was working with Jonathan and Jessie! They are so down to earth, sweet and incredibly accommodating and felt like instant friends. If you are on the fence on hiring the Wedding Crashers, DO IT! They were a huge hit with our guests and now my husband and I are plotting ways to get some goats of our own! 10/10 Recommend having your wedding at The Brothers Ranch! You will have incredible pictures and beautiful memories that will last a lifetime!”

“We had our wedding at Legion of Honor Art Museum in SF in early September and had the honor to have Autumn as our florist. She has been an absolute joy to work with. “Dawn was so incredibly wonderful for our 10-23-2025 wedding at Waterfall Lodge! We booked her a year and a half in advance and from the moment we booked with her, she was available and responsive. She worked with our schedules and took some of the wedding planning stress off of us. She even helped with recommendations on ways to save some money and utilize all vendors to our full potential. That’s just the planning part of it. Let’s get to the wedding day. From the very start of the rehearsal to the very end of the wedding day, Dawn was incredible. We had a crazy amount of extra people show up to the rehearsal itself who were not needed, but she guided everyone on where they needed to be despite all the extra commotion of extra family members wanting to be involved. The night before the wedding I went through all of my decorations and things that I had spent a lot of time crafting and creating with her and I just kind of spouted everything out all at once. Was I a little worried that she was just committing it all to memory and that my vision might not come to life? Yep. Should I have been worried? Not at all. She executed the vision I had with every little detail included to a tee. Seriously, she kept everything going smoothly. It all looked better than I had pictured it and I was in awe of her ability to keep things running so smoothly with so many different vendors. If there were things that went wrong, I have no idea because she not once gave me an inkling of any stress or anything. We even had a guest comment on how seamlessly she worked into the event. My favorite part of the day with Dawn comes to when we finally made it into dinner. We had ordered Chilis chips and salsa for cocktail hour as that’s where we met. At one point, Dawn came over with one whole bowl of chips and salsa (and sour cream because that’s my favorite) and plopped it onto our sweethearts table. It’s just all the small details that she took care of. It was one of my favorite parts of the day because it was so us. She was absolutely crucial in the best day of our lives and I cannot recommend her more. Thanks again for everything Dawn!”

“If you’re looking for a wedding planner - your search is over. Hiring Paige was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding, and I promise you’ll be impressed by her work too. We hired Paige about a year and a half before our wedding date, and we had absolutely no idea where to start. Throughout the entire process, Paige was patient with our questions, enthusiastic to help us achieve our goals and our outlandish ideas (whilst also helping us keep realistic on what was possible) and always went the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us. Paige managed all of the vendor communications for us, which was a massive help whilst we juggled our full-time jobs and other commitments. Reflecting on the experience now, there is no way we could have found our vendors (who were absolutely phenomenal and largely sourced and recommended by Paige’s expertise) and managed the communication with them half as well as she did for us. She kept the entire wedding planning progressing, helped us work through difficult challenges as they arose, and became our number one confidant and trusted friend throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, Paige was incredible. She was like a blur being everywhere at once, making sure guests, vendors and ourselves were properly cared for throughout the day (she brought us food and drinks, learned how to weave our table decorations (literally because I saw it on Pinterest), fluffed my train… she literally did it all!!). There was absolutely nothing we had to worry about or “sort” on the day as her team had everything completely in hand. She was incredibly professional and continued to go above and beyond for us, and we never once saw her without a beaming smile. It’s clear that Paige loves her job, and she invests every ounce of passion into ensuring her clients weddings are world class. Paige is the most down-to-earth, bubbly and supportive wedding planners we could have ever have hoped for. I am SO grateful for all of the wisdom, time and passion and patience she shared with us. “The setting is spectacular. We had 80 guests who came from all over and we had a beautiful October evening wedding. We were married in the driveway overlooking the San Juan Valley and Gablan Mountains, had our reception in the courtyard, and dinner by the pool. We brought in our own vendors (caterers, dj, photographer, florist) and MVR was very accommodating - always there to help, but not in the way. Our guests really enjoyed the town of San Juan and access to the Monterey Penninsula. We made a weekend of it! Best day ever.”

Giselle and Bella, the event coordinators, were incredible. From our in-person meetings to email correspondence, they were always helpful, attentive, and on top of every detail. On the big day, I didn’t have to worry about a thing because I knew they had it all handled. The food was absolutely delicious and all our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! The chicken and waffle appetizer during the cocktail hour was a huge hit and the ham benedict was equally loved by everyone. “Mark and his team were wonderful from the start. He was always prompt to respond, kind, and quickly provided any updates to the menu/guest count/linen color change/ etc. We felt so comfortable working with Chef Mark right from the start and that was even more confirmed when we were able to finally meet him on our special day. Mark was adaptable to our decision to move where we were hosting dinner with such a supportive response "It is your day, we are serving dinner where you would like to" with no complaint at all. He arrived a few minutes early to make sure he and his team knew the venue layout and quickly got to work! He was personable making many guests laugh and smile (and even gave them sneak peak tastes into dinner and dessert!). Chef Mark also came down while we were eating to make sure that all guests were satisfied and boy were their smiles on everyones faces! We started with an array of appetizers from olive tapenade to turkey meatballs (my fav!) to ceviche. Our dinner was delicious- chicken, salmon, rice, asparagus, salad, and for dessert, chocolate cake and cheesecake (we ate it all!). All of the food was so good that we were getting texts the next day about all the specifics to our menu from our guests. I would HIGHLY recommend booking with Chef Mark if you want comfortable, reliable, and good vibes on your wedding day!”
