He was a quick responder when we had questions, and he really understood our vision for our wedding. His website is user-friendly and the professionalism was unmatched. On our big day, he kept the energy up through cocktail hour, the entrances, first dances, speeches, and had everyone on the dance floor all night long. Everything went so smooth and we didn't have to worry about a thing. He assured us that he knew how to read the crowd and play the perfect mix of songs to keep the party going, and he was right. All of our guests had such a blast. We received SO many compliments about the music and atmosphere. We also took advantage of Empire State Event's PhotoBooth option and it was a HIT. We had about 55 people which made for a cozy and intimate wedding that never felt cramped or awkward in the space. The 408 is already so beautifully decorated which allowed us to bring in minimal items and utilize items already at the 408 such as candles, vases, and plants to decorate the tables and ceremony space. Maria (event manager) was fantastic throughout the planning process answering every question quickly and with detail, and the staff the day of was professional, incredibly friendly, and attentive. We have nothing but good things to say about the 408 and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone regardless of the event type”

“Justin was lovely to work with from the start. He was booked for another wedding, but he paired us up with Rob, an associate DJ of his. Both Rob and Justin were so so fun to work with. Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. Will miss working with them, but absolutely will be following their journeys and would use them again in a heartbeat! So thankful for Justin and Rob!”

The owners, Jackie and Danny, were amazing to work with and helped make our wedding visions come true by going above and beyond our expectations. The bridal suite was beautiful and had amazing lighting for hair and makeup! The tent was able to accommodate our guests of about 125, it had beautiful lights, tables, bar service, and so much more! Outside of the tent there was yard games and a fire pit! We had our ceremony on the lake facing out to the water by the rock and it looked just like a scene out of a movie! The pictures show just a small portion of how beautiful and amazing the venue was!”

Not only was it the dreamiest wedding because we got married in front of all of the people we love, but because of the absolutely beautiful venue and the team that brought it to life. Morten & Min, the owners were so helpful, kind and just the brightest lights from the moment we met them when we toured the venue through the planning phase and our wedding day. They clearly have a very buttoned up and efficient process, which showed the day of. Now let me talk about the rest of staff … they are AMAZING. We worked with Lawrence and Rosie the weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of and not only did they go above and beyond at their jobs, they truly seemed so happy to be there. There were a number of other team members behind the scenes that helped bring together a seamless wedding (we barely even noticed them - in a good way!) so thank you to the team. This includes the chefs cooking it up in the kitchen, while we didn’t see you … we were told by friends and family how delicious the food was / it was the best wedding food they ever had. The risotto…. Oh my was it delicious!! Another amazing benefit of Blenheim Hill Farm was their recommended babysitter, Victoria - she watched 5 of the kids who attended ceremony but not reception right on the grounds. She made arts and crafts and carved pumpkins with them! The parents and kids were very happy with her. Lastly, all we have to say is….. GET MARRIED HERE!!!!”

“Absolutely stunning venue. The wedding went amazing with the help of Julie and Olivia along with the staff at Seven Ponds on our wedding day. The day was seamless and taking advantage of staying on site made the day feel stress free. It was great to have food and drink covered with the venue as this was one less vendor that could have caused stress on the big day! Planning forms were helpful to make sure all things were covered and things went according to plan. Only thing with the planning process is it seemed as if Seven Ponds tried to upsell everything and questioned some of our decisions although after talking to them, a compromise came about. Couldn’t have been happier to pick the venue for our special day and we will remember the beauty of the venue forever.”

“It’s hard to even put into words how much Normanside and its staff mean to us. I will rave about Normanside for the rest of my life, and I’m so grateful we chose them for our wedding. Starting from the very beginning, the person we owe the most credit to is Jaimie. She made the planning process seamless and helped all the stress fade away. She was available at any hour of the day (seriously, I’m not kidding!). I was always amazed by how quickly she responded, and then I realized that’s just who she is. From our tastings down to the very last moments of our wedding day, Jaimie executed every detail we asked for…and then some. She has an incredible eye for detail and helped make our reception absolutely gorgeous. If I could make a pocket-sized version of Jaimie and carry her around with me for the rest of my life, I would. The rest of the staff were just as amazing. Our families and guests had such a blast with our bartender, Rick, and seeing two of the younger staff members jump out on the dance floor later in the evening was such a fun surprise! Normanside never made us feel like a burden- everyone was enthusiastic, kind, and eager to help in any way they could. Our guys had so much fun golfing on Friday, and on the wedding day itself, we never had a single worry because we knew Jaimie and the staff had everything handled. The food, the venue, the service- everything was exceptional. To them, it may have been just another weekend, but they made us feel like our wedding was just as important to them as it was to us. That is something we will never forget!”
