Here are a few fun facts about me! I grew up on my family's farm outside of Winfield, IA and had THE BEST childhood growing up in a loving family with my two younger sisters. My husband, Kolton, and I started dating back in 2010 when he was a senior and I was a junior. After high school I attended Western Illinois University where I earned my Bachelors in Graphic Design with a minor in Photographic Media. While in college I was blessed to have a photographer back home take me under her wing and be her second shooter for weddings (Shoutout to Billi Gerling, Photographic Memories!).

I’m Edgar, an HTX-raised native with Salvadorian roots. I am the owner, creative director, and lead photographer at Anchor Studios Photography. Michael has also worked on the sets of over a dozen other feature films. He has handled the photography and videography for several thousand weddings and events, including work for clients such as Microsoft, Amazon, Macy’s, Sysco and more.
