“Renaissance Event Hall was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. They answered all of our questions promptly and were very flexible in accommodating our requests. On the day of the wedding, the staff was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly. The space itself was beautiful, with elegant decor and ample room for our guests to mingle. It rained the day of my wedding, we originally wanted to use the outdoor space for the ceremony and take photos outside but were unable, the team had everything set up for the ceremony indoors and all my photos turned out great despite the weather. The food was also delicious. We are so grateful to the Renaissance Event Hall team for helping to make our wedding day so special.”

“My husband and I got married at The Sanctuary last weekend and had the time of our lives! We fell in love with the venue early on in our search and were shocked by how affordable it was for NYC given all that it included. From the large bridal suite (really, house!) to the quality food and the fire pit, we were blown away by it all. They were able to accommodate everything we asked for, including having our dog participate in the ceremony and having enough coupe glasses for our signature drink. I’m not sure I heard “no” once from Arthur and his team! Truly incredible service. All of our guests raved about how cool the venue was. It has a funky, nontraditional vibe while also providing everything that a traditional wedding venue offers. And oh boy were they attentive during the event. Every time my glass was empty, it seemed Arthur or another member of the team handed me a fresh glass. Our package included a lot of extras (DJ, cake, late-night pizza), which just added to the incredible value. Thank you SO much Sanctuary team for making our wedding an incredible night!”

“Sound River Studios was the perfect venue. From our first visit we were amazed at how personable and committed to making our day special the team was. While most venues unlocked the doors and let us take a quick look, Una spent the better part of an hour giving us a full tour, showing us photos of countless possible setups, and answering any and every question we could think of. Throughout the planning process Una was always ready to help, not to mention tell us a great story. Nikola was also gracious enough to host us for a great tasting of the wine offerings from the family vineyard. The view of the city speaks for itself, but the space is also beautiful and very flexible. We were able to bring in a variety of outside vendors to transform the space in a way that fit our vision and felt very personal. SRS was easy to work with and the day of ran very smoothly, even with a variety of vendors. We couldn't be more happy with our experience. Highly recommend!”

“My daughter chose Valentine’s weekend for her wedding event to memorialize my husband and my epic snowstorm some 40 odd years ago- luckily for her the evening of our meet the family at Radio Star Glasserie was just a dusting of white- just enough for her fairy tale story to start- the lighting was warm and inviting and Emily had answered all of our questions beforehand. The staff when we arrived all snowflaked was well prepared and accommodating for our gift table and family of 50. The food was plentiful and very delicious and the flow of service to event timing was just perfect- everyone enjoyed their visit and I can’t say enough about how good we all felt about it when it was time to say good night. Sheer happiness and glow from the evening and they were all there to provide that.”

“Our wedding at Terrace on the Park was truly the wedding of our dreams, and we cannot recommend this venue enough. From the moment we started planning, the staff made us feel supported, excited, and completely taken care of every step of the way. Nicole and Bruno were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process feel smooth and exciting. We can’t thank them enough. On the day of the wedding, Bridal Attendant Tatiana and Bridal attendant in-training Sheyla were honestly lifesavers. They never left my side and made sure I had everything I needed at all times, from drinks and food to fixing my lip gloss. They made me feel calm, cared for, and able to fully enjoy every moment of the day. Walter, our maitre’d, was incredible as well. He kept everything running on schedule while making the entire night feel effortless and seamless. ( I actually forgot my boutique of flowers before walking down the aisle and the staff RAN to go get it for me) The food was AMAZING. The chef and his team did such an incredible job. Everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and there were so many options for our guests to enjoy. We are still getting compliments about the food weeks later! ( Get the Mongolian beef!!! You won’t regret it). The bartenders also deserve a huge shoutout because they were AMAZING all night long. They were friendly, fast, attentive, and kept the drinks flowing the entire evening. And the venue itself? Absolutely stunning. Elegant, romantic, and everything we could have imagined. One of our favorite parts was being able to enjoy both the indoor Penthouse ballroom and the outdoor balcony overlooking the city. The sunset rooftop photos were breathtaking and gave us some of the most beautiful memories from our wedding day. We received endless compliments from our guests about the atmosphere, service, food, and overall experience. Terrace on the Park made us feel like royalty, while still making the night feel fun, warm, and personal. 10/10 recommend Terrace on the Park for your wedding or special event, they truly made our dream wedding come to life.”

“My husband and I hosted our entire wedding weekend at The Rockaway Hotel in May 2026, and it was a dream come true, thanks to the cool and beautiful venue, the incredible guest experience, most importantly, team at TRH who made it come true. Our venue search was unique. With roots in both NY NJ, we were torn between wanted a beach or city wedding The Rockaway Hotel checked every box an It's accessible from Manhattan, LI, NJ, and the airports, while still feeling like a true beach getaway. The moment we walked into the hotel, and especially when we stepped onto the rooftop overlooking both the ocean and the Manhattan skyline, we knew we had found our venue. It's chic, modern, beachy, and fun, and it felt so perfectly "us." We also loved that we could host our entire wedding weekend in one place while giving our guests a completely unique experience. Throughout planning, we worked closely with Erika, Kristen, Jay, and Margo, alongside our incredible planner, Lexi from Finally May. Margo made managing our hotel room block effortless, and the entire team made us feel like we could truly customize our wedding. They welcomed our ideas, worked seamlessly with all of our outside vendors, and helped us create a weekend that felt completely personal to us. There was a change in event leadership during planning that created a few bumps early on, but once the final team was in place, everything came together beautifully. One of the biggest reasons we'd recommend The Rockaway Hotel is the variety of spaces throughout the property. We hosted our welcome party in the Pool House, our ceremony on the Ocean Terrace, cocktail hour on the rooftop, our reception in the Harbor Room, and ended the night with an after-party back upstairs. Every event felt completely different while still being under one roof, which made the entire weekend so easy and enjoyable for our guests. Our ceremony was originally planned for the Ocean Terrace, and despite an incredibly windy wedding day, the team went above and beyond to make it happen safely. They checked in with me, supported my decision to move forward, and worked to ensure everything was perfect. I'll never be able to thank the team enough for making the ceremony of our dreams happen. The hotel is also an incredible backdrop for photos. Every space, from the lobby to Margie's to the rooftop, has its own personality, and we used it all for our wedding photos, which turned out incredible The food was outstanding all weekend long, the drinks never stopped flowing, and every single staff member made us and our guests feel genuinely cared for. Looking back, what made The Rockaway Hotel so special was the combination of a beautiful venue, the ability to host our loved ones together for an entire weekend, and a team that truly cared about bringing our vision to life. As an anxious bride, I always felt like I was in good hands. Since our wedding, we've had countless guests tell us it was one of, if not the, best weddings they've ever attended. While so many people helped make our weekend unforgettable, The Rockaway Hotel was the foundation that made it all possible. If you're looking for a venue that feels like a destination wedding without ever leaving New York, I cannot recommend The Rockaway Hotel enough. We will forever be grateful that our marriage began here.”
