The Dome Room

The Dome Room features a jaw dropping dome ceiling with a circular dance floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows behind your backdrop that brings the outside in.     While the venue itself is very beautiful, the service is completely awful. We’d gotten married here this summer, and the staff seems to be incompetent, never knowing what’s going on or trying to help the bride and groom, and the wedding coordinator was never anywhere to be found, residing in her office through the entire event. The Maitre de had no idea what the itinerary was, despite that having been conveyed to the coordinator. Plates weren’t washed, as dirty plates were served again and again, and so many items and decor from the day of the event had been misplaced and eventually lost by the venue. Lastly, and to put the icing on the cake, the venue had dropped the wedding cake on the floor while packing it up to take home, and had the audacity to try to pass it off as if nothing had happened
