We booked Courtney about 9-10 months out from our wedding for her full planning package as well as planning for our rehearsal dinner and it was the best decision we have ever made. She was helpful literally all the way through the planning process. From vendor recommendations, to sending mock ups, to her design skills, everything was truly seamless. I was originally so nervous being so far away from where the wedding was, but the in depth and timely communication that Courtney gave us eased my nerves so much. I could not recommend Courtney and her services enough. She is so highly connected in the Nashville area and provided excellent vendor suggestions, we booked literally everything through her and I would not have changed a single thing. Her design skills are seriously top notch, I had somewhat of a vision, but Courtney truly made it come to life and beyond my wildest dreams. Once I saw what she was capable of, I just handed her the reigns and let her creativity fly. I came across Christine through a Facebook group for destination wedding couples and through references and recommendations from other couples, we decided to hire Christine as our wedding planner. We are both full time working couple who have a high demanding jobs so we really needed someone to help us plan and help carry out the wedding planning for us. Christine was so open and kind and highly experienced and knowledgeable. When it was trying to help us narrow down where we would want our destination wedding, Christine would come up with these different venues, detailing information on budget, location, website, links, and information that would help us narrow down our selection. Throughout the process, Christine was always telling us to reach out to her whenever and she would follow up with us and even insight on the hospitality and venue side, she knew negotiations with contracts and things to ask that we wouldn't even be aware or know about. “We first met Connie Clark when our daughter was organizing her wedding reception. At that time, Connie was involved with a startup venue that was undergoing renovations. To cut a long story short, around 7 PM the evening before our daughter's reception, it became clear that the venue was not prepared. When the venue manager was not responding to her calls, she rallied the group that was financing the remodeling project. By 10 PM, the lead investor instructed Connie to find an alternative location for the reception, which was scheduled for the following evening. Connie reached out to a nearby coffee shop/bar, explained the situation, and requested the on-duty manager to contact the owner to see if the reception could be held there. Shortly after, Connie received confirmation that the reception would take place at the new venue. She informed the investment group about the change in location and began reorganizing for the new space. Our family learned of the change around 7:30 AM on the day of the reception, and once we gave our approval, Connie assembled a team and transformed the coffee house/bar into a beautiful reception hall. What Connie managed to coordinate and accomplish in such a brief period was truly remarkable.”

“Gabby from 'Cause We Can Events is the most wonderful, amazing, kind, and helpful person I've ever met. My husband and I hired Gabby for month of coordination for our wedding in January 2025. We touched base here and there as needed, met about 3 months out to run through what we'd put together so far, she put us in the direction of making the finishing touches, then we met again about a month out, then two weeks out. Over this time, Gabby was so helpful with suggestions, vendor help, coordinating schedules, and making sure the plan was perfect! What we didn't know is that a giant snowstorm would hit the weekend of our wedding. “I cannot recommend Brandi and Epic Events enough! We live out of state, and our planning process was smooth and flawless. From the first phone call with Brandi, I immediately felt like she was the planner for us. She made me feel at ease and like we would be taken care of down to the last detail. That feeling was correct! We talked on the phone and over Zoom for the planning process, and she facilitated everything we needed from out of state. Our wedding design was unbelievably gorgeous, like out of a fairy tale. The day of was flawless, and any behind the scenes issues were managed without us having a clue.
