There are certain people who become part of the story of your wedding, and Kyla will forever be one of those people for us. She came into our wedding planning at a moment when we truly needed someone we could trust, and almost immediately, I knew we were in the right hands. What could have felt stressful or overwhelming suddenly felt manageable because Kyla brought such a calm, capable energy to everything. Our original coordinator completely flaked on us the morning of our rehearsal, and then again we were left in a stressful situation the night before our wedding. If I could give Kyla more than five stars, I would. Kyla stepped in at the last minute without hesitation, and from the moment she came onboard, she made us feel completely taken care of. She learned every detail of our wedding in an incredibly short amount of time and somehow made it feel like she had been planning it with us all along. Our wedding involved multiple vendors, a private estate venue, a custom timeline, and countless moving pieces, yet Kyla handled everything with professionalism, confidence, and genuine kindness. On the wedding day, she was calm, organized, proactive, and always seemed to be one step ahead. She quietly solved problems before we even knew they existed, kept everyone on schedule, coordinated with every vendor, and allowed us to be fully present with our family and friends instead of worrying about logistics. What impressed us most was how much she truly cared. We never felt like we were just another client. She celebrated alongside us, checked in throughout the day, and went above and beyond in ways we'll never forget. She was an absolute angel. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be, and so much of that is because of Kyla. We are endlessly grateful that she stepped in when she did. Kyla was an absolute gem!! I was the photographer for Heather & Sam’s wedding and I don’t normally write reviews for coordinators but she did such an amazing job that I wanted to spread the word!! It’s an understatement to say she went above and beyond. I was blown away by her positive attitude and willingness to do whatever needed to be done to make the day the best it could be. Everyone was so floored by her work ethic and her down to earth personality. She ended up being like part of the family by the end of the wedding weekend. 10/10 highly recommend her services.
