“Spruce Mountain was the best venue we could have possibly chosen. My fiancé was sold from the pictures online and when we toured, I spent the whole time just breathless. We were on the upper ranch with the ceremony on Trey's Vista (stunning), cocktail hour in the Spruce Room, and reception in the Ponderosa Room. Communication with them was easy, Tara was our representative and she happily answered all of our questions and communicated seamlessly without overloading our inbox. She even provided me with a preferred vendors list of vendors they have worked with before which created a great starting place for finding vendors. I was a bit skeptical of their requirement of a Day of Coordinator, but I am so thankful that they required it. We didn't have to lift a finger on the wedding day, I wasn't being asked a million questions, it was fantastic. On the wedding day, our property manager came to introduce herself and told us where to find her if we needed her, there was music playing on the TV in the bridal suite, everything was so clean and perfectly set up to start the day. All of our guests could not stop raving about the venue - the views at the ceremony site, having separate spaces for each part of the day, the mix of indoor and outdoor space for the cocktail hour and reception, and so many said "this sets my bar so high for weddings". If I could do my wedding all over again, I would book Spruce with no hesitation!!”

The Lodge At Cathedral Pines

“We wholeheartedly give The Lodge at Cathedral Pines five stars! The natural setting in the Black Forest with their beautiful water features and wonderfully natural atmosphere felt like our favorite camping spot, not a typical wedding hall, which was exactly what we were looking for. Our wedding had 80 guests, and the space felt perfectly full, making it ideal for a smaller more intimate wedding. Working with Shalece was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, and always patient, even when I asked repeat questions. She made the entire process stress-free. We took advantage of the all inclusive package and are so glad we did! Every included vendor was wonderful to work with, and their services were exactly what we wanted. It saved us so much time, and honestly, the vendors included were the exact ones we would have chosen ourselves. All of our guests kept saying how they want to come back just for the views! The natural beauty and location is what drew us to the venue but the team is what made our wedding amazing. It was like having friends open up their home for your wedding. Throughout planning, responses were quick and thoughtful. They helped us find amazing vendors, gave us guidance on how best to use the space, and were ready to talk through every detail no matter how small. If possible, I highly recommend staying at the ranch. It was so nice to be onsite for the whole weekend and the cabins are lovely.”

“We just had the most amazing wedding at Wedgewood Wedding’s Black Forest venue! We planned our wedding from out of state and the entire planning crew made it so easy for us right from the beginning. Lindsey is absolutely phenomenal! We had worked with her when we virtually explored the venue and on some of the detail calls so we were super excited to hear she was our day of coordinator! She made our wedding day special! Along the planning process we worked with Mo, Alex and Yvonne who all made the planning process so simple (and shoutout to their binder which helped us prepare for each meeting). Kaylee was our banquet captain and took over the night after dinner. She did a wonderful job making sure we had all the food and drinks we could want. And she helped clean everything up at the end of the night. We didn’t have to do anything but enjoy ourselves the entire night, it is definitely a wedding we want to relive over and over! We booked the premier package so we had everything included we wanted. This included the most gorgeous acrylic invites! We added their lawn games which was a fun touch for all the non-dancers at the wedding. We got Tyler H from DJ Maestro included and he was great, changing the music to fit the mood throughout the night and rolling with last minute song adjustments! Our cake was not only beautiful but also delicious and Icing on The Cake was so easy to work with! Frank made a delicious spread of food! They made sure we got a plate of appetizers and a moment to enjoy just ourselves right after the ceremony. And they even gave us an extra plate of appetizers at our head table since we were so excited for them! The buffet had so many options, everyone was able to enjoy. The late night tater tot bar was a hit and needed for the great open bar! Dave made sure to make our specialty cocktails exactly how we like! Although their indoor ceremony space was a perfect backup, we loved the outdoor ceremony space! And even though there was a little bit of rain around the ceremony, they provided clear umbrellas to make sure we could say our vows out in front of the beautiful forest. We would not have been able to have the wedding we did without everyone at Black Forest’s help! Highly, highly recommend!”

The ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum is a venue with a Western twist. It offers four options for your wedding day. The Pavilion seats 150 people. The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows open to the gorgeous garden, waterfall, and bronze statues. The garden features two built-in stages for your ceremony, one with a view of Pikes Peak. For a larger wedding, the event tent is available from June to early fall. The tent seats up to 250 guests, and you will have access to the garden. For receptions of up to 350 people, the Museum Hall is a spacious room surrounded by rodeo history. You and your guests will have full access to the museum and garden; a perfect way for guests to pass time while you prepare for your reception. Our rodeo arena is also available for your wedding. “The Oaks venue was truly such a remarkable experience for our wedding!! The Oaks team’s attention to detail is unmatched, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Leading up to the wedding, Alex and Luna were so timely with answering any questions we had. The client resources were thorough and allowed us to put together the final touches. The staff were so incredibly kind and helped with anything we needed. On top of that, the venue itself is so stunning and modern. My bridesmaids had a blast getting ready in the bridal suite, it was huge and the staff always checked in on us. The groomsmen had so much fun with the simulator and playing games, they wish they arrived earlier to enjoy it more. There are truly so many positive things I could say about the Oaks, but the most important thing was our family and friends were beaming with compliments! I cannot thank the Oaks team for everything they did to make our day so special and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a magical wedding!!”

“Our wedding this weekend was lovely. Our coordinator Katrina was extremely on top of everything. She kept all the plans to make sure we had everything we needed. She brought me snacks right becore the ceremony started when I suddenly realized I was starving. Landon, our banquet captain, checked in on things throughout the night and helped us to keep to the plan when we forgot things. He also helped keep me calm right before walking down the aisle and kept my veil from getting stuck! Jessee, our DJ, kept the dance party going all night. They also helped us ensure our private dance was actually private by moving it upstairs for us at the last moment, which made it exactly what we wanted. The whole wedgewood team made the planning process so easy and helped the day run smoothly even when we got behind schedule (our fault). For future April weddings awareness, we got a snowstorm on our rehearsal on Friday and a beautiful sunny, cool day with lilacs blooming Saturday.”

“When I tell you that our wedding couldn't have gone any more perfect, I mean it! We started our planning with Violet, but she had to move to fulfill some awesome opportunities and we love that for her! From there we got Monique "Mo" who took our wedding and executed the planning beyond what we could have expected. On wedding day, there was torrential down pour and Mo kept me calm, collected, and confident. 15 minutes before our ceremony, the rain disappeared and the skies cleared for the rest of the night. The entire staff wiped off all of the chairs and squeegeed the ceremony area right in time for 4:00 pm start. It was AMAZING. Everything went so smooth, no detail was left unseen, and the staff were SO diligent on making sure everything was just right. Prior to me walking down the aisle, Darby was right by my side adjusting my veil that had fallen, making sure I reapplied lipstick, and got me safely and smoothly on my way. We later found her at the bar with Keely, and both of them held the energy for our guests' experiences with smiles on their faces and laughs to fill the halls. Not a dry mouth in sight. Towards the end of the night, Mo had to hand us off to Ryan our Captain, and we couldn't have been more pleased with how sweet and thoughtful he was. We are naturally used to cleaning up after ourselves and entertaining people, but Ryan stepped in and made sure that we focused on our wedding and not our natural actions. He also fixed the photo booth for us as I think we jammed it with too many pictures. From there he instilled that our stuff would be packed up and ready for us the next day. He carefully packed everything! I had some very fragile and sentimental items, and he made sure to take care of them. Our DJ Emily was epic from initial video call to wedding day. We had an open mic for people to speak, and it went on WAY longer than expected but she kept the crowd confident and really allowed the leniency in the change of planned time. We met our chef Christian at the food tasting but did not see him during our wedding and that's OK because we KNOW he was in that kitchen making sure that the food was top tier. We are 4 days out of the event date and people are STILL talking about the food. The feedback from our guests was that this is the ABSOLUTE BEST wedding they've ever been to and that that is heavy on emphasis because they have been to many weddings before. One person who I think is name Kirah (I hope I got this right so she gets recognized), she frequented our sweetheart table and made sure we were never hungry or thirsty. She was a little shy at first, but we hope Wedgewood keeps instilling her confidence because she will be a great asset long term once she finds her confidence. Her smile alone will ease anyone's nerves. We felt like royalty and felt valued by the entire staff at Wedgewood Briarhurst Manor. I know we are not the only couple that has had their event here, but we FEEL like we were. We wish that we could relive this night over and over again. Impeccable job! We can't wait to see this venue flourish!”

“The Ashley Ridge Wedgewood team went above and beyond! Our wedding was more perfect than we even imagined and our guests keep telling us it was the best wedding they’ve been to. Our coordinator, Calypso, was absolutely phenomenal from the beginning of the planning process through the entire day of. She gave wonderful suggestions when we were unsure of something during planning and executed everything perfectly the day of. It was so nice to have full trust in her and not have to worry about anything! Dylan was our banquet captain and he was just as amazing making sure that my wife and were always taken care of. We also could not have asked for better day of staff as well to make our day perfect. Thank you Quinn, Sierra, Nolan, Janie, Kira and Sydney for everything! Madeline with DJ Maestro was the perfect fit for us. She kept our timeline in order, played the perfect music and really made the day fun. The food was absolutely delicious and they have many options for appetizers. It was also nice that we could order a stuffed pepper separated for any vegans or vegetarians. Lastly, it was a relief that the venue cleaned up everything and repacked our decorations at the end of the night and loaded them into the car. It was so nice that they handled so many things in house and work directly with companies to make the planning less stressful. I appreciated not having to set up/clean up or go and find our own caterer, florist, DJ, baker, etc. We truly were able to enjoy every part of our day without any stress. Choosing Ashley Ridge was the best decision we made for our wedding. Thank you for truly making it the best day of our lives!”
