Yes! We have an optional bar service that can either be a bartender with alcohol provided, or just a bartender with alcohol provided by you. We just require a licensed server to monitor drinks and make sure no one is overserved, under 21, etc.

Yes! We have approximately 50 parking spaces and 2 handicap spaces, with overflow parking available upon request.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

The venue rental includes 12 hours total, and can be any 12 hour timeframe between 7 am and midnight. We allocate those hours to include 5 hours for getting ready in the provided suites and event set up, 6 hours of event time, and 1 hour for cleanup, but you are free to customize and use the time how you see fit!

You are more than welcome to bring in additional decorations not provided by your florist or rental company. The client will be responsible for purchasing these personalized touches separately, but your wedding planner will take care of the placement and set up of these items

Wedding day attire, photography, invitations, wedding rings, venue required event insurance, bar glassware (plastic is included with the optional bar add-on), personalized signage, and optional gratuity. Vendors that are not included are officiant, photographer, hair and makeup, and specialty vendors (photo booth, balloon arch, etc.)

Yes. We require a $1,000,000 policy with no more than a $1000 deductible with The Lodge at Cathedral Pines listed as additionally insured.

From the Denver Airport: Take Pena Blvd (signs for I-70/Airport Exit/Airport Return to Terminal) for 4.1 miles; take exit 6A toward I-70 S; keep left at the fork to continue on Exit 28A, follow signs for Denver Intl Airport; take exit 5 for CO-83/Parker Road and turn left onto CO-83 S; keep left and continue on for 34 miles; turn left onto Shoup Rd; turn left onto Milam; turn right into the Lodge at Cathedral Pines From Colorado Springs International Airport: take slight left onto Milton E. Proby Pkwy; turn right onto CO-21 N; continue on CO-21 for 7 miles; turn right onto CO-83 N; turn right onto Shoup; turn left onto Milam; turn right

We typically suggest a ceremony beginning between 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm. However, your planner will help you choose a ceremony time based upon sunset.

We welcome these personalizations to your wedding day! Although vendors are not included with the Venue only Rental, and additional vendors are not covered in the All-Inclusive packages, we welcome any additional vendors you wish to work with! We have a list of vendors we think are amazing and have worked with before to give a push in the right direction, but the list is not mandatory.
