However, it's important to note that we were not informed in advance about the need to remove makeup and props for everyone as well, especially as our schedule indicated that individuals should arrive with a washed, moisturized face. This lack of communication undoubtedly added further complexity to the situation. We want to assure you that we strive to deliver exceptional service to all our clients, and we regret any inconvenience caused by these challenges. We issued a refund and discussed this matter privately in an attempt to address your concerns. Therefore, we are surprised to see your decision to leave this kind of review despite our efforts to rectify the situation.
