Pueblo Charcuterie was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication through email was a breeze - they were responsive, professional, and made the planning process seamless. On the day of, our guests raved about the incredible charcuterie board they provided. The presentation was beautiful and the quality of the meats, cheeses, and accoutrements was top-notch. Everyone was truly obsessed with the food and layout. Pueblo Charcuterie went above and beyond to contribute to making our special day perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience.

We have had the pleasure of working at a few of the same events as Pueblo Charcuterie. Each time we have seen them we are blown away by their customer service to their clients and their designs. I don't know if clients understand the "WOW" factor that goes into one of their creations. At first you see a big empty table and when it is all said and done they are left with this beautiful spread of amazing treats. Any time someone walks into the room for the first time you hear an immediate gasp of excitement when they see what has been created. Not everything you book feels like this moment. Watching them work and interacting with the clients is always a pleasure. They are so polite and professional, making small talk with everyone. They also make our job a lot easier because their boards, tables and displays are so easy to photograph and make a nice addition to our clients albums. If you are looking for that personalize WOW factor in your own event, wedding, or party you don't need to look anywhere else. Pueblo Charcuterie comes through time and time again and we have even added them to our preferred vendor list that we recommend all brides too.

They did an absolutely fantastic job for my mother's funeral. The spread was more than enough food. The quality and was fabulous and the service was friendly and professional.
