Vows and Visions Coordination did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding. Booking her and her team was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. As crazy or hectic things got, from a late night snack caterer canceling 3 weeks out, forgetting my veil day of, my dress strap snapping 10 minutes before walking down the aisle, everything was handled excellently and saved one way or another. Some meetings turned into my therapy vent session from stress I felt from planning and she listened patiently each time, always reassuring everything would be ok. Jazmine and her team made sure we were taken care of the entire night (thank you for bringing us a drink right after saying I do- it was much needed). She gave us a moment to soak in and look at our finished reception before letting all our guests in. Made sure we got our dinner and snacks first, asking if we needed anything throughout the night, and made sure things were running smoothly and on time. We couldn’t have had a more beautiful wedding with the people we loved all around us without Vows and Visions.

Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in. Alex brought so much understanding and cultural awareness to our wedding. She respected the way that weddings are done in Egypt, Lebanon, and America, and helped me blend certain moments from each tradition into our wedding. Every special moment flowed. I truly couldn’t imagine how the day would have went without her. She gave me peace of mind, comfort, and support that made me feel extremely take care of on the most important day of my life.

From the very beginning, Kameshi the business owner and her team were professional, creative, and incredibly easy to work with. I opted for an intimate micro wedding, and they truly brought the vision to life. The details were exactly what I asked for, very stunning. The table setup was very elegant and included beautiful pictures and candles. The lights overhead were perfectly arranged to provide that intimate feeling as our guests danced the night away. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique the decorations were. What stood out most was their attention to detail and punctual setup. The team arrived early, ensured everything was securely placed, and checked in with us before leaving. They were also flexible with last-minute changes and made helpful suggestions to enhance the overall look. If you're looking for a vendor that provides that artistic flair with dependable service than Talent by Nature Decor is an amazing choice. We’ll definitely be using them again for future events!

Felix is an amazing coordinator for any event! He served as my day of coordinator for my wedding this past April and I could not have been any happier with how the day unfolded! He was there every step of the way making sure all was attended to and that the day went smoothly. As a bride, I was fully able to enjoy my wedding day, without a worry in mind because I knew Felix was there to fix any little hiccups along the way. He was very professional and checked in with me and my husband throughout our wedding day to ensure the day went smoothly or if we needed anything. Serena is nothing short of amazing! I was planning a large traditional Nigerian wedding reception and I knew early on that I would need professional assistance. After hiring Serena, I instantly felt at ease and knew that she would be available every step of the way. She started contacting vendors the next day after signing the contract, and kept close communication throughout the process of booking the vendors. Although we hired her for month of coordination, she was always available with her guidance and suggestions. When the month of coordinating began, I knew I could hand over everything to Serena, and we’d be in good hands. We had several virtual meetings discussing our wedding timeline, and she made sure to contact every vendor and assure that everything was in place. The communication was superb. Our wedding reception was nothing short of spectacular, and everything ran so smoothly thanks to Serena! Megan is truly the BEST wedding coordinator I could ever imagine working with. She is creative, organized, attentive to detail, responsive, and has an AMAZING eye for design. I love that she curated such personalized and memorable wedding details - such as our placecard display, our personalized floor decal and wall gobo, personalized signage, our unique dinner menus and more. Megan made sure we were on track with every decision that had to be made, and all payments to vendors. Additionally, Megan is such a pleasure to work with - she is kind, responsive, and an extremely hard worker. I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of my wedding, because Megan handled it all! 10/10 recommend working with Megan! She will make sure all your wedding dreams come true!!

Her tables & decor and coordinating of flower vendor went really well. We're here to assist you with the days leading up to the big day and the day-of coordination/management. We can't wait to meet you and be part of your special day!

We worked with Patty as our wedding coordinator. Patty excelled at finding vendors that met our specific guidelines and was very cost-effective, which was a big help during the planning process. However, we did have some concerns with her approach to vendor communication. She often relied on the bride to handle communication difficulties with vendors, rather than taking the lead herself. This caused some unnecessary stress. We would have liked Patty to be more hands-on in providing design ideas. Fortunately, our on-site wedding venue coordinator was fantastic and kept everything running smoothly on the day. However, we were disappointed that wedding party members were asked to handle tasks that should have been managed by Patty. Our biggest concern was that the marriage certificate was left behind. Ensuring the certificate is on-site should have been a top priority for the coordinator, either the morning of the wedding or at the rehearsal. Overall, while Patty had strengths in certain areas, there were aspects of her service that fell short of our expectations.
