We had the absolute best experience with Fairview Laguna Seca! From the very beginning, Danielle was the reason we fell in love with the venue, her energy, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel so confident in our decision. When she transitioned out of her role, we were a little anxious, but then Melissa came in and completely blew us away. Melissa worked with us through the last 6 months of planning and was nothing short of incredible. She listened to every idea, every concern, and somehow made everything happen exactly how we envisioned it. She always made us feel heard, never overwhelmed, and her calm, organized energy was everything we needed. On the day of the wedding, she was a total rockstar. She kept everything running smoothly and still managed to check in with us, make us laugh, and reassure us that everything was under control. We honestly don't know what we would’ve done without her! Amber joined the team just days before the wedding, but you’d never know it. She was so on top of things and jumped right in like she had been with us the whole time. Matt was also amazing, he made sure the day flowed perfectly and kept everything on schedule without ever making us feel rushed. The food was delicious and there was so much of it, our guests are still talking about it! The bartending team was fast, friendly, and so easy to work with. Everyone from the Fairview Laguna Seca team went above and beyond to make our day feel special and stress-free. Our DJ, Ernesto, did an incredible job! He stuck to the vibe we wanted, played every request we had, and kept the dance floor going all night long. And the FLORALS … wow. D'Lily's absolutely nailed it. Every arrangement was stunning, fresh, and picture-perfect. They truly brought our vision to life. We can’t thank the entire Fairview Laguna Seca team enough. Our wedding was a dream, and it's all because of the amazing people who made it happen!

The reception space was absolutely amazing—spacious, stylish, and perfect for a celebration. The staff made sure we felt comfortable and promptly addressed any issues or questions we had. My wife and I want to give a special shoutout to our main coordinator Alycia! She was truly amazing and it was a perfect day thanks to her. With her attention to detail and sharing our vision. We also want to thank Anahi and Angie and everyone who made our special day truly magical. They were incredibly friendly, well-coordinated, and organized. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the night without a single worry. This made the day feel stress-free for everyone and allowed us to relax and watch all our family and friends enjoy the wedding—whether it was on the dance floor or at the bar enjoying drinks! There are so many great things we could say about this place, but I’ll simply let the reviews speak for themselves! My wife and I had an excellent experience. The rooms, including the bridal suite and groom’s suite, were beautifully set up, the food was delicious, the bar had amazing drinks and their vendors made the planning process effortless. I got married here recently and it was beautiful! It is very convenient having rooms on site to accomodate so many guests. You have to cater through the venue but their food is amazing. They use their own grass fed meats and were great about what food and drinks we wanted. While the venue does come with a few things like tables and chairs, you do have to pay to rent other items from them and a lot of the decoration will be DIY, but this can be a good thing if you want to personalize a lot of things! Owners are not too strict about things and are flexible. This can go both ways though - sometimes the planning was a bit difficult due to lack of communication with the venue. It would take a while to get answers, or they would forget some things I told them. Definitely recommend getting a day of planner to help since this is a large venue with lots of DIY and family around usually. Other than that though, everything turned out beautiful and guests were very happy with the views and rooms. They are reasonably priced and we were able to stay up late too! Perfect day :)

Holman ranch is truly the most gorgeous venue. The ceremony space is unbelievable and having the dinner in the rose garden was so magical and felt very intimate. Every corner of the property is absolutely gorgeous and being able to stay on the property for the weekend made all the difference in our experience. Our family and wedding party were able to stay with us for the entire weekend and it made it all the more special. Kerolos and Victoria are so amazing and fabulous to work with. They work so hard to make sure the weekend and day are perfect and they are so on top of everything. They’re super flexible with making changes to fit your vision and they think of every little detail. I highly recommended looking at Holman ranch for your wedding event!

The Bird Ranch is pure magic. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into another world. It's serene, timeless, and has so much attention to detail. Every inch of the property is beautifully designed. Julie the owner has made it cozy with beautiful interiors and sprawling curated outdoor spaces. The presence of nature is so incredible (butterflies, birds, creek, etc.) We hosted our weekend here, and it was perfect. The property has an incredible balance of rustic charm and thoughtful modern touches. It's the kind of place that instantly makes everyone feel at ease. This place has so much soul. It’s not just a venue, it’s an experience. If you’re looking for a space that feels elevated but still grounded and deeply authentic, this is it!! I can’t recommend it enough.

My husband and I got married at Holly Farm in June 2024. We found the venue in October which gave us about 9 months to plan our wedding. Holly Farm made it relatively simple to piece together all the vendors due to their incredible and long lasting relationships. And while wedding planning is still stressful, what I didn't expect and was so very grateful for was feeling like I could hand everything over to them upon arrival for the wedding weekend and really feel like everything was in good hands (I did not have a wedding planner). I knew the venue was going to be beautiful but I did not expect to feel so at ease the entire weekend. I had the BEST time at my own wedding because the Holly Farm staff went above and beyond to take care of everything we could possibly need on our behalf. There was nothing they couldn't assist with. It was the most perfect weekend, and I could not recommend this venue more!

I was connected with the Sales & Catering Manager Jess Felton, who was so understanding, kind, and extremely efficient. Together, we quickly pulled together a beautiful family-only wedding weekend at the Sanctuary. I highly recommend it! We were even able to fully customize the Pearl Room (see the pictures!) - including bringing our own flowers, decor, linens, etc.

The Brothers Ranch is the best venue ever! When my fiancé and I did our venue walk-through, I knew this was where I was going to get married. The bamboo grove, tropical lush gardens, gorgeous reception area, perfect bridal suite....everything was beyond wonderful. Jessie and Jonathan Brothers are exceptional humans with great communication, professionalism, and willingness to help. I would recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone over and over and over again. They set the bar so freakin’ high for what a planning team, event team and venue should be for weddings. The staff are incredible. Big shout outs to Priscilla, Jennifer, Casey, Kelly and Xochi. The process from beginning to end was enjoyable and memorable, all because of the staff. Special thanks to Jennifer, Priscilla and Casey for being so attentive and responsive to us during the planning process. The food is so GOOD!! Weddings are always hit or miss when it comes to food, but Eagle Ridge kitchen really delivered! Eagle Ridge had that vintage, warm, romantic feel that we were looking for. It was hard to envision as we were going in for meetings what it would be like on a wedding night, but the photos they gave us provided a really good example of what things COULD look like, and the venue far exceeded our expectations on the day of. The ceremony space was beautiful, and didn’t need too much to spruce it up. The venue itself is filled with many photo op worthy places for photographers and guests alike, and I love that the bar is built in. The way that Eagle Ridge is described on the Wedgewood site is 100% accurate to what it feels like on your wedding day. Everything about this day was perfect. We opted out of draping and any arbor draping for the ceremony space because we knew we had chosen a space that was just architecturally beautiful as it is. It’s not often that you can just walk into a venue and be like “yeah, it’s actually so beautiful just the way it is.” I had printed guides for how to set things up, but for the most part, I just gave high level instructions and told Kelly (our day of coordinator, who was just so incredible btw!!) that I trusted her and her team to set things up the way they felt it fit best. I left some extra decoration items as well, and said they were optional to use if they wanted to. The biggest thing I left up to her and the teams discretion was our arch. We made the floral sprays for it but didn't know what to do with the draping. Let me just say, I was so unbelievably impressed with how everything turned out. Kelly and the team that set up our wedding absolutely KILLED it!!! Everything was so beautifully set up, the arch was better than I could have done myself, the ceremony space was so beautiful, and all the signage was set up perfectly. As a Type-A personality, it felt hard to relinquish control over the small details, but the Eagle Ridge team made me feel comfortable and I didn’t think twice about it. They most certainly delivered! Our Banquet Captain Xochi also was a total boss!! She made sure the night ran smoothly and I never found myself looking for her, she was always close by if I needed her help on something. The night went off without a hitch because of Xochi and her attentiveness! I’ll say it again, yes the building and the venue itself is beautiful, but it’s the team that truly makes the experience what it is. If you want to feel taken care of, seen, heard and like you can trust people the moment you go hands off, Eagle Ridge is it. I will be replaying this day over and over and over again in my head for as long as I live, and it’s all thanks to the work that the team that helped us through it all put into it.

As a local photographer, I have watched the space become transformed into an elevated venue, and gathering space, all while keeping the rustic charm of the building. Fieldwork was so amazing working with us to have our Welcome Event for our wedding! We were able to reserve the patio and they provided drink tickets so people could get drinks on our tab. I would just like to say an extra thank you to everyone working the night of 9-27-25. My husband and I got married at the Memory Garden just next door to the hotel and the Portola staff were so helpful and accommodating with all of our needs, especially when we needed a place to store our wedding cake before the reception and they let us keep it at the hotel until it was time to cut the cake. I'm also grateful they worked with our coordinator and tucked away a plate of our dinner and a slice of our wedding cake so that my husband and I could eat it in our room at the end of a very long night. This was a wonderful night for us and we will be back to stay again soon!
